Claims (10)
- 軸回りにかつ前記軸に沿って延設され、第一内径を有し、作動液が充填されるメインチューブと、
前記メインチューブ内に配置され、前記メインチューブを軸方向に反発チャンバと主圧縮チャンバとに分割し、減衰力を生成するよう圧縮ストロークおよび反発ストロークにおいて軸方向に移動可能である第一ピストンアッセンブリと、
前記圧縮チャンバ内に配置される油圧圧縮ストップアッセンブリと、
を備える車両用油圧式ダンパであって、
前記油圧圧縮ストップアッセンブリは、
前記メインチューブの前記圧縮チャンバに配置され、開端部と閉端部との間に延設され、前記メインチューブの前記第一内径より小さい第二内径を有する狭窄部分と、
前記狭窄部分に摺動可能に配置され、前記圧縮ストロークの際に追加の減衰力を生成するよう前記第一ピストンアッセンブリとともに軸方向に移動するように前記第一ピストンアッセンブリと連結される第二ピストンアッセンブリであって、開口端部と、前記狭窄部分の前記閉端部とは反対側に配置される閉鎖端部と、の間に延設されるピストンチューブを有している第二ピストンアッセンブリと、
前記圧縮ストロークの際に追加の減衰力を提供するよう前記第二ピストンアッセンブリの前記ピストンチューブに摺動可能に配置される変位可能なパーティションであって、前記変位可能なパーティションが、前記パーティションと前記狭窄部分の前記閉端部との間に第一補助圧縮チャンバと、前記パーティションと前記ピストンチューブの前記閉鎖端部との間に第二補助圧縮チャンバと、を形成している変位可能なパーティションと、
を含む油圧式ダンパ。 - 前記第一補助圧縮チャンバと前記第二補助圧縮チャンバとは前記パーティションによって液密に分離されている、
請求項1に記載の油圧式ダンパ。 - 前記パーティションは、前記狭窄部分の前記閉端部に面する圧力面を形成し、前記圧力面に対して前記第一補助圧縮チャンバにおける圧力が増大したとき前記パーティションが摺動移動する、
請求項1または2に記載の油圧式ダンパ。 - 前記狭窄部分の前記閉端部に向かって前記パーティションを付勢するよう、バネが前記第二ピストンアッセンブリの前記閉鎖端部と前記パーティションの間に延設されている、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧式ダンパ。 - 前記第一補助圧縮チャンバから前記主圧縮チャンバへと流体を通過可能にする逆止弁をさらに備える、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧式ダンパ。 - 前記逆止弁は、前記パーティションによって選択的に覆われるよう、前記ピストンチューブに形成される少なくとも一つの径方向開口部を有し、
前記逆止弁は、前記径方向開口部と前記第一補助圧縮チャンバとを流体連通状態に接続する少なくとも一つの軸方向溝を有する、
請求項5に記載の油圧式ダンパ。 - 前記パーティションは、前記狭窄部分の前記閉端部に向かって軸方向に延設され、前記パーティションの軸方向移動の際に機械的な緩衝器として機能するピンを有する、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧式ダンパ。 - スリーブが、前記第一補助圧縮チャンバに配置されるとともに、前記ピストンチューブと連結されており、
前記パーティションは少なくとも部分的に前記スリーブに収容される、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の油圧式ダンパ。 - 前記スリーブは、前記ピストンチューブにネジ係合で接続される、
