背景技术
在交通工具、建筑物、管道和设备中等的抗震和抗冲击阻尼减震时会使用液压阻尼器,现有的液压阻尼器为了减小长度,常采用单出杆液压缸结构。液压缸内的活塞被活塞杆带着移动时,活塞前后腔的液压液总容积发生变化,需要附加液压液来调节这种变化。常用的结构是在液压缸外连接一个贮液箱,或在液压缸外套一个环状贮液筒。这两种结构都加大了液压阻尼器的横向尺寸。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种液压阻尼器,解决现有液压阻尼器通过在液压缸外连接一个贮液箱或在液压缸外套一个环状贮液筒来满足附加液压液的技术要求,从而存在加大了液压阻尼器横向尺寸的弱点,影响了在某些场合的应用的问题,通过本实用新型在满足减小长度的技术要求下,实现在提供附加液压液的同时,减小现有液压阻尼器的横向尺寸,有利于扩大液压阻尼器应用场合。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种液压阻尼器,包括液压缸筒,液压缸筒两端部经拉紧螺栓固定连接的前端盖、后端盖,液压缸筒内的活塞和与活塞连接、并穿过前端盖的活塞杆,液压缸筒内的液压液,分别与前端盖、活塞杆端连接的固定耳,其特征是,所述的活塞内设置贮液腔体,贮液腔体内放置内充压力气体的密封气囊,密封气囊外的贮液腔体内注入液压液,贮液腔体至活塞两端板的腔道中设置阻尼阀。
活塞两端板中的阻尼阀为单向阀。
本实用新型是对现有单出杆液压阻尼器在液压缸外通过连接一个贮液箱或套置一个环状贮液筒来满足附加液压液的结构的改进,通过在液压阻尼器的活塞中设置贮液腔,贮液腔内放置内充压力气体的密封气囊,贮液腔体至活塞两端板的腔道中设置阻尼阀,利用气囊内气体压力变化引起的气囊体积变化来补偿单出杆液压阻尼器活塞移动时活塞两端液压腔体积的变化,利用阻尼阀调节液压液进出活塞内贮液腔的速度和压力,本实用新型在满足减小长度的技术要求下,实现了在提供附加液压液的同时,减小现有液压阻尼器的横向尺寸,有利于扩大液压阻尼器应用场合,本实用新型结构简单,实用性强,适用于交通工具、建筑物、管道和设备的抗震和抗冲击阻尼减震。

具体实施方式
结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型,如图1所示,本实用新型包括液压缸筒4,前端盖9,后端盖2,活塞7和活塞杆10,前后端盖间的拉紧螺栓3,与后端盖2连接的固定耳1,与活塞杆10连接的固定耳11,活塞7内设置贮液腔体14,贮液腔体14内放置内充压力气体的密封气囊6,密封气囊6外的贮液腔体14内注入液压液。活塞的前后端板5、13中设置有阻尼阀15,控制有活塞杆腔12和无活塞杆腔16间液压液的流动速度和活塞7及活塞杆10的移动阻力。
液压缸筒4内有活塞杆腔12和无活塞杆腔16的截面积不同,活塞7移动时,有活塞杆腔12和无活塞杆腔16的总容积发生变化。本实用新型利用密封气囊6的体积变化补偿有活塞杆腔12和无活塞杆腔16总容积的变化。
本实用新型中的阻尼阀15采用单向阀。

Claims (2)

1.一种液压阻尼器,包括液压缸筒,液压缸筒两端部经拉紧螺栓固定连接的前端盖、后端盖,液压缸筒内的活塞和与活塞连接、并穿过前端盖的活塞杆,液压缸筒内的液压液,分别与前端盖、活塞杆端连接的固定耳,其特征是,所述的活塞内设置贮液腔体,贮液腔体内放置内充压力气体的密封气囊,密封气囊外的贮液腔体内注入液压液,贮液腔体至活塞两端板的腔道中设置阻尼阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压阻尼器,其特征是,活塞两端板中的阻尼阀为单向阀。
