Abstract
Description

− 前に記載されたように、少なくとも1種の植物材料の処理によって得られ、多糖類も含有する、水相中に存在するフェルラ酸の抽出と、
− このようにして得られるフェルラ酸の、微生物の存在下でのバイオ発酵プロセスによる天然バニリンへの変換と
を含む、天然バニリンの生産方法である。
廃トウモロコシ穀粒(デンプン工業からの残渣)を、50kg/hの流量で二軸スクリュー押出機(Battenfield−Cincinnati BEX2−28D)の供給口へ導入する。二軸スクリュー押出機は、供給セクションに加えて6つの区画を含み、100℃の温度に加熱される。6つの区画は、一連の搬送要素、ブレンディング要素、対圧ねじ山および二軸スクリューの終わりの洗浄域を表す。10重量%での水酸化ナトリウムの溶液を、25kg/hの流量で押出機の第2区画に導入する。洗浄水の流れを、400kg/hの流量で最終区画に導入する。二軸スクリュー押出機を出る、結果として生じるアルカリ性煮出流れを、5m3の貯蔵タンクに回収し、そこでそれを周囲温度に戻す。
Claims (18)
- 少なくとも1種の植物材料の処理によって得られ、多糖類も含有する、水相中に存在するフェルラ酸の抽出方法であって、前記方法が少なくとも次の工程:
1)前記植物材料の処理、続いて固相と前記フェルラ酸および前記多糖類を含む水性液相とを回収するための固/液分離工程と、
2)水性分画中に存在する、一方では、前記多糖類と、他方では、前記フェルラ酸とを選択的に分離するための前記液相の処理工程と、
3)任意選択的に、フェルラ酸濃縮流れを回収するための前記フェルラ酸を含有する前記水性分画の濃縮工程と、
4)固体形態での前記フェルラ酸の回収工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記植物材料が、ふすま、米糠、トウモロコシ糠、オート麦のふすま、廃トウモロコシ穀粒、バガス、ビート根パルプおよび米糠油の精製からの残渣、ならびにそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記植物材料の前記処理が、前記植物材料をアルカリ性煮出におよび/または酵素的処理にかけることを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。

- 天然バニリンの製造方法であって、
− 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の、少なくとも1種の植物材料の処理によって得られ、多糖類も含有する、水相中に存在するフェルラ酸の抽出工程と、
− このようにして得られるフェルラ酸の、微生物の存在下でのバイオ発酵プロセスによる天然バニリンへの変換工程と
を含む、方法。
