- 合成ナノ担体に付着された免疫抑制剤の積載量が、合成ナノ担体にわたる平均で、0.1%と50%との間であり、任意に、0.1%と20%との間である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 合成ナノ担体が、脂質ナノ粒子、リポソーム、ポリマーナノ粒子、金属ナノ粒子、界面活性物質系エマルション、デンドリマー、バッキーボール、ナノワイヤ、ウイルス様粒子、または、ペプチドまたはタンパク質粒子を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 金属ナノ粒子が、金ナノ粒子を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 合成ナノ担体が、非メトキシ末端のプルロニックポリマーであるポリマーを含むポリマーナノ粒子を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- ポリマーナノ粒子が、ポリエステル、ポリエーテルに付着されたポリエステル、ポリアミノ酸、ポリカーボネート、ポリアセタール、ポリケタール、多糖、ポリエチルオキサゾリンまたはポリエチレンイミンを含む、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- ポリエステルが、ポリ(乳酸)、ポリ(グリコール酸)、ポリ(乳酸−co−グリコール酸)またはポリカプロラクトンを含む、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- ポリマーナノ粒子が、ポリエステル、および、ポリエーテルに付着されたポリエステルを含む、請求項11または12に記載の組成物。
- ポリエーテルが、ポリエチレングリコールまたはポリプロピレングリコールを含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- (a)合成ナノ担体の動的光散乱を使用して得られる粒子サイズ分布の平均値が、(i)100nm;(ii)150nm;(iii)200nm;(iv)250nm;または(v)300nmよりも大きな径である、および/または(b)合成ナノ担体のアスペクト比が、1:1、1:1.2、1:1.5、1:2、1:3、1:5、1:7または1:10よりも大きい、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
