Claims (22)
- 表面積対厚み比が300オングストロームより大きく、厚みが160オングストローム未満であり、顕著な物理的表面歪みがなく、表面極性を有するグラフェンフレークを調製するステップと、
前記グラフェンフレークと同じ極性を有する、極性又は無極性の流体を調製するステップと、
懸濁液が実質的に均一になるまで混合することによって、前記グラフェンフレークを前記流体に懸濁させるステップと
を含む、グラフェン懸濁液を製造する方法。 - 懸濁液が炭素同素体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フレークの95%が、厚み約0.8〜16ナノメートルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フレークの95%が、最低300オングストロームの表面積対厚み比を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フレークの最大寸法が、220オングストロームから100ミクロンの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- グラフェンフレークがエッジ酸化だけを生じる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 結合ホストが添加され、フレーク表面が前記結合ホストと同じ極性を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- グラファイトを機械的に剥離してグラフェンフレークにすることを、媒体撹拌ミル中で行い、前記媒体撹拌ミルがアトリションミル又はボールミルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
