Description
グラフェン(Rice University)と直径約13nmの多壁カーボンナノチューブ(C−9000、C−Nano)を重量比1:3で混合する。混合物の1%w/v分散体を硫酸(96%、KMG)/硝酸(70%、Honeywell)の3:1溶液中で調製し、音波処理槽を用いて槽温度を30℃〜35℃の範囲に維持したまま3時間音波処理する。音波処理に続き、水200mLと共に各処方物を5μmのPVDF膜(Whatman)でブフナーろ過した。真空炉においてサンプルを80℃で2時間乾燥させた。電子顕微鏡写真は、例えば、図1に示すように、グラフェンプレートを分離するカーボンナノチューブを示す。
比較1は、実施例1の実験手順を繰り返すが、グラフェンのみを用いる。60分後に500nmで、初期値における吸光度の低下は、12.1%であると判定された。
比較2は、実施例1の実験手順を繰り返すが、多壁カーボンナノチューブのみを用いる。60分後に500nmで、初期値における吸光度の低下は、0%であると判定された。
Ζr(ΗΡO4)2・H2Oと水酸化テトラブチルアンモニウムとの混合物(5重量%Zr(ΗΡO4・H2O;Zr(HΡO4)2H2O:水酸化テトラブチルアンモニウムの比は1:0.8)2mLに入れた多壁カーボンナノチューブ10mgから、カーボンナノチューブの分散溶液を調製した。続いて、溶液を30mLに希釈してから2時間音波処理した。溶液は少なくとも24時間安定している。この溶液を一滴カーボンテープに垂らし、乾燥させる。図3の二次電子顕微鏡写真には、離散カーボンナノチューブが散りばめられたおおよそのプレート直径が200ナノメートルのリン酸ジルコニウムナノプレートが写っている。

- 個々のプレートの厚さが10ナノメートル未満の無機プレートを含む組成物であって、前記無機プレートは、離散ナノチューブであって、直径が1ナノメートルから150ナノメートルの範囲であり、アスペクト比が10から500の範囲である前記ナノチューブが散りばめられている、前記組成物。
- 前記無機プレートがグラフェンナノプレートである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記無機プレートおよび離散チューブが、1:100から100:1の重量比で存在する、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂およびエラストマーからなる群から選択されるポリマーを更に含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
