Description
Claims (16)
- グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンを含み、
前記グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンが、グラファイト粉末を剪断すること及び界面活性剤を添加することにより製造された、建材製品。 - 前記建材製品が、建材パネル、仕切壁レンガ、スクリード、プラスター又はパテである、請求項1に記載の建材製品。
- 前記建材製品が、グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンの切削片又は薄片を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の建材製品。
- 前記グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンが、前記建材製品に均一に分散されている、請求項3に記載の建材製品。
- 前記建材製品の一部のみが、グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンを含む、請求項3に記載の建材製品。
- 前記建材製品が、建材パネルである、請求項1乃至5いずれか1項に記載の建材製品。
- 前記建材パネルが、少なくとも一つの芯層及び少なくとも一つの外層からなり、
前記芯層又は前記外層の少なくともいずれか一方が、グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンの切削片を含む、請求項6に記載の建材パネル。 - 前記建材製品が、セメントを含む結合剤を含む、請求項1乃至7いずれか1項に記載の建材製品。
- 前記結合剤が、石膏を含む結合剤である、請求項8に記載の建材製品。
- グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンを含む建材製品の製造方法であって、
グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンと、セメントを主成分とする結合剤及び水並びに任意の他の添加剤とを混合すること、
該混合物を成形すること、及び、
このようにして成形された前記建材製品を乾燥することを備え、
前記グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンは、懸濁液の形態で使用され、
前記懸濁液が、グラファイト粉末を剪断すること及び界面活性剤を添加することにより製造される、方法。 - 前記グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンが、切削片又は薄片の形態で使用される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁液が、水の懸濁液の形態で使用される、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 104/sよりも速い剪断速度が、前記懸濁液を製造するために使用される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 建材製品の機械的強度を改善するため、又は、前記建材製品の耐火性等級を向上させるための建材製品におけるグラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンの使用であって、
前記建材製品は、セメントを含む建材製品であり、
前記グラフェン及び/又は酸化グラフェンが、グラファイト粉末を剪断すること及び界面活性剤を添加することにより製造される、使用。 - 前記建材製品が、石膏を含む建材製品である、請求項14に記載の使用。
- 前記建材製品が、建材パネル、仕切壁レンガ、スクリード、プラスター及びパテを含む、請求項14又は15に記載の使用。
