Description
Claims (20)
- エアロゾル前駆体組成物を保持するように構成されたリザーバを画定する少なくとも1つのハウジングを備えたエアロゾル送達装置であって、少なくとも1つのハウジング内に収容された、
エアロゾル前駆体組成物の構成要素をアクティブ化し、気化させるように制御可能な加熱要素と、
加熱要素に電力を供給して、エアロゾル前駆体組成物の構成要素をアクティブ化し、気化させるように構成された電源とを含み、
電源が、波形グラフェン系構造を有する再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタを含み、再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタが、エネルギー源と統合され、エネルギー源から充電可能であり、
電源が、スーパーキャパシタと接続可能でスーパーキャパシタから充電可能な、再充電可能な薄膜固体電池をさらに含み、電源が加熱要素に電力を供給するように構成されていることが、薄膜固体電池から加熱要素に電力を供給するように構成されていることを含む、
エアロゾル送達装置。 - 電源が、並列に接続された再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタを含む複数の再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- エネルギー源が、ユニバーサルシリアルバス(USB)充電器、壁面充電器、光電池または圧電エネルギー源であるか、それらを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタが、光電池または圧電エネルギー源を含むエネルギー源と統合されている、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。

- 2つの1原子厚のグラフェン層の各々が、炭素原子のハニカム格子を含む、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 電解質が、2つの1原子厚のグラフェン層の間の固体電解質セパレータである、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 電解質が、イオンゲルまたはヒドロゲル電解質である、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタが、150ワット毎立方センチメートル(W/cm3)以上の電力密度と、20マイクロ秒(μs)以下の時定数とを有する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- エアロゾル送達装置を形成するためにカートリッジと連結されているか、連結可能な制御本体であって、カートリッジが、エアロゾル前駆体組成物を収容し、エアロゾル前駆体組成物の構成要素をアクティブ化し、気化させるように構成された加熱要素を備え、制御本体が、
ハウジングと、
ハウジング内に収容され、加熱要素に電力を供給して、エアロゾル前駆体組成物の構成要素をアクティブ化し、気化させるように構成された電源とを含み、
電源が、波形グラフェン系構造を有する再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタを含み、再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタが、エネルギー源と統合され、エネルギー源から充電可能であり、
電源が、スーパーキャパシタと接続可能でスーパーキャパシタから充電可能な、再充電可能な薄膜固体電池をさらに含み、電源が加熱要素に電力を供給するように構成されていることが、再充電可能な薄膜固体電池から加熱要素に電力を供給するように構成されていることを含む、
制御本体。 - 電源が、並列に接続された再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタを含む、複数の再充電可能なスーパーキャパシタを含む、請求項11に記載の制御本体。
