Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 酸化電位が2V未満である、水を含む酸化剤へグラファイトを入れるステップと、
グラファイトを機械的に剥離してグラフェンフレークにするステップと、
実質的に平坦である前記グラフェンフレークを水から分離するステップと
を含む、グラフェン酸化物を製造する方法。 - グラファイトを機械的に剥離してグラフェンフレークにするステップを、媒体撹拌ミル中で行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- グラファイトを機械的に剥離してグラフェンフレークにするステップを、媒体撹拌ミル中で行い、前記媒体撹拌ミルがアトリションミル、乾式粉砕アトライタ、湿式粉砕アトライタ、定常速度アトライタ、及び高速アトライタ又はアトライタである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 実質的に平坦なグラフェンフレーク及び水に実質的に限定される製造物を製造する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤が、酸化電位が2V未満である濃度での、CO2、O2、水蒸気、N2O、NO、NO2、O3、ClO2、又はH2O2の少なくとも1種から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤が水性又は非水性である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸化グラフェンフレークを含む水のpHが、pH2〜pH9である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 得られる水/グラフェンフレーク混合物のpHが約7である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- グラフェンフレークが1%〜15%酸化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 混合物のpHをpH9超に高める、又はpH3未満にすることによって、いずれかの残留グラファイトを沈殿させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸化電位が2V未満である酸化剤濃度での、水を含む酸化剤へグラファイトを入れるステップと、
グラファイトを機械的に剥離してグラフェンフレークにするステップと、
実質的に平坦である前記グラフェンフレークを水から分離するステップと
を含む、グラフェンフレークを製造する方法。 - グラファイトを機械的に剥離してグラフェンフレークにするステップを、媒体撹拌ミル中で行う、請求項11に記載の方法。
- グラファイトを機械的に剥離してグラフェンフレークにするステップを、媒体撹拌ミル中で行い、前記媒体撹拌ミルがアトリションミル、乾式粉砕アトライタ、湿式粉砕アトライタ、定常速度アトライタ、及び高速アトライタ又はアトライタである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 実質的に平坦なグラフェンフレーク及び水に実質的に限定される製造物を製造する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤が、酸化電位が2V未満である濃度での、CO2、O2、水蒸気、N2O、NO、NO2、O3、ClO2、又はH2O2の少なくとも1種から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤が水性又は非水性である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 酸化グラフェンフレークを含む水のpHが、pH2〜pH9である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 得られる水/グラフェンフレーク混合物のpHが約7である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- グラフェンフレークが1%〜15%酸化される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 混合物のpHをpH9超に高める、又はpH3未満にすることによって、いずれかの残留グラファイトを沈殿させるステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によって製造されるグラフェン酸化物。
