Description
Claims (10)
- 可変排水量ベーンポンプであって、
内室を画定する内面と、少なくとも1つの吸入ポートと、及び少なくとも1つの排出ポートとを含むハウジングと、
前記内室内に枢動可能に取り付けられ、ロータ受容空間を画定する内面を有する制御リングと、
前記制御リングの前記ロータ受容空間内に回転可能に取り付けられ、中心軸が前記ロータ受容空間の中心軸と一致しないロータであって、
前記ロータには、径方向に延在する複数のベーンが径方向に動作するように取り付けられ、当該複数のベーンは前記制御リングの前記内面に密封された状態で係合し、前記ロータが回転すると負の吸入圧力によって前記少なくとも1つの吸入ポートから流体を吸入し、正の排出圧力によって前記少なくとも1つの排出ポートから当該流体を排出する、ロータと、
前記制御リングを第1の枢動方向に圧迫する弾性構造物と、
前記ハウジングの前記内室を画定する前記内面と前記制御リングの外面との間の複数のシールであって、当該複数のシールは加圧流体を受けるための第1室及び第2室を含む複数の圧力調整室を画定する、複数のシールと、
を備え、
前記第1室は、前記制御リングの前記枢動取り付け部の向かい合う両側で前記リングの周方向に配置された1組のシールの間で画定され、加圧流体を受けるための少なくとも1つの吸入ポートを有し、前記第1室の円周方向の範囲は、第2の枢動方向に向けて前記リングに力を印加する部分に沿う方が、前記第1の枢動方向に向けて力を印加する部分に沿うよりも大きいため、正味の効果は前記第2の枢動方向の力の印加であり、
前記第2室は、前記リングの周方向に配置された1組のシールの間で画定され、加圧流体を受けるための少なくとも1つの吸入ポートを有し、前記第2室の周方向の範囲全体が前記リングに対して前記第2の枢動方向に力を印加する、
可変排水量ベーンポンプ。 - 共通のシールが前記第1室と前記第2室の隣接する端部を画定する、請求項1に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
- 前記弾性構造物はバネである、請求項1に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
- 前記バネはコイルバネである、請求項3に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
- 前記制御リングは、径方向に延在する担持構造物を含み、当該担持構造物が前記弾性構造物が係合する面を画定する、請求項1に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
- 前記第2室の端部を画定するシールは、前記径方向に延在する担持構造物に取り付けられている、請求項5に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
- 前記制御リングは、前記第1室と前記第2室との間に径方向に延在する突起を含み、前記共通のシールは前記径方向に延在する突起に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
- 前記径方向に延在する突起は2つの接近する表面によって画定される、請求項7に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
- 前記制御リングは、前記第2室と向かい合う前記第1室の端部に径方向に延在する突起を含み、前記径方向に延在する突起にはシールが取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
- 前記第1室の前記少なくとも1つの吸入ポートは、前記正の排出圧力の下で前記加圧流体を受けるための前記ハウジングの前記少なくとも1つの排出ポートと連通している、請求項1に記載の可変排水量ベーンポンプ。
