Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 外面の少なくとも一箇所以上に曲面構造を含む電気デバイスであって、
前記曲面構造の形状と一致する外形を含む1つ以上の二次電池が、前記曲面構造が形成された位置に装着されており、
前記二次電池は、正極、負極、及び前記正極と前記負極との間に介在した分離膜の構造の電極組立体が電池ケースに内蔵されている電池セルであるか、または前記電池セルがパックケースに内蔵されている電池パックであることを特徴とする、電気デバイス。 - 前記電池セルは、6個の面を有する直方体構造であって、相対的に面積が大きく、互いに対向して位置する両面である上面及び下面と、前記両面に接する4個の側面と、前記側面間の境界をなす4個の側縁部と、前記上面と側面との間の境界をなす4個の上縁部と、前記下面と側面との間の境界をなす4個の下縁部とを含み、
前記上縁部、下縁部、及び側縁部のうちの1つ以上には、電気デバイスの曲面構造と対応する形状の丸い角部(round corner)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気デバイス。 - 前記電池セルは、電極端子が一側面に形成されており、電極端子が形成された一側面と接しない1つ以上の側縁部に丸い角部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記電池セルは、電極端子が一側面に形成されており、電極端子が形成された一側面と接しない上縁部、または下縁部、若しくは上縁部及び下縁部に丸い角部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記電池セルは、電極端子が一側面に形成されており、電極端子が形成された一側面と接しない上縁部及び1つ以上の側縁部に丸い角部が形成されることで、電池セルの上面と側面が連続的な屈曲形状で連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記電池セルは、電極端子が一側面に形成されており、電極端子が形成された一側面と接しない上縁部、下縁部、及び側縁部に丸い角部が形成されることで、電池セルの上面、下面、及び側面が連続的な屈曲形状で連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記丸い角部の曲率半径は10〜200mmの範囲内のものであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記丸い角部の曲率半径は1〜10mmの範囲内のものであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記丸い角部の曲率半径は、電極組立体の平面視で幅(横の長さ)または長さ(縦の長さ)の20〜100%の大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記丸い角部は、1つの半径を有する単一円弧形状、または2つ以上の半径を有する可変円弧形状であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記電池ケースは、金属層及び樹脂層を含むラミネートシート構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記電池セルは、パウチ型ケースに電極組立体が内蔵されているパウチ型電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウムイオン電池セルまたはリチウムイオンポリマー電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、全体的に六面体構造からなっており、1つ以上の縁部に曲面構造が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、ノートパソコン、ネットブック、スマートフォン、スマートパッド、タブレットPC、LEV(Light Electric Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気デバイス。
