Description
「タイヤ」は、これが内圧を受けるにせよそうでないにせよいずれにせよ、弾性タイヤのあらゆる形式を意味している。
Claims (7)
- スノータイヤ用のトレッドであって、前記トレッドは、溝(3)によって互いに離隔された複数個のブロック(2)を有し、前記ブロックは、或る特定の深さから先へコンプレックスサイプと呼ばれる数個の部分に分かれたサイプ形切り込み(5)を備え、各コンプレックスサイプは、断面で見て、前記トレッドのトレッド表面(7)から半径方向に延びる直線状の第1の部分(9)及び前記第1の部分の延長部をなしていて、各々が端(15)を有する少なくとも2つの枝部(13)を備えた第2の部分(11)を有する、トレッドにおいて、前記トレッドは、各々がコンプレックスサイプの前記枝部(13)相互間に延びる空所(17)を有し、各空所は、前記枝部(13)の前記端(15)と同じ高さ位置に位置した底(19)を有し、前記トレッドの前記空所(17)及び前記溝(3)は、前記トレッドが摩耗の終わりに35%以上のボイド表面比を有するよう構成され、2つの隣り合うコンプレックスサイプ(5)の2つの枝部相互間の距離(D)は、少なくとも2mmに等しい、トレッド。
- 各空所(17)は、その底(19)から該空所と側面を接して位置する前記コンプレックスサイプの前記直線状第1部分(9)まで延び、前記直線状第1部分は、新品状態における前記トレッドの厚さ(E)の10%〜60%の深さにわたって前記トレッド中に延びている、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記コンプレックスサイプの前記枝部(13)は、直線状であり且つ前記トレッドの前記トレッド表面と直交した平面(Z‐Z′)に関して対称であり、前記枝部は、前記平面と多くとも20°に等しい角度θをなしている、請求項1又は2記載のトレッド。
- 前記トレッドは、前記トレッドの前記深さ中に直線状に延びるシンプルサイプと呼ばれる少なくとも1つのサイプ(21)を有し、前記シンプルサイプ(21)は、2つのコンプレックスサイプ(5)相互間に位置し、前記コンプレックスサイプの各々は、空所(17)と側面を接して位置し、前記シンプルサイプ(21)は、トレッドの深さ中に延びているが、前記空所の高さ(Hc)の半分を超えて延びてはいない、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のトレッド。
- 前記シンプルサイプ(21)及び前記コンプレックスサイプ(5)は、それぞれの延長方向で新品状態における前記トレッドの表面上に延び、前記延長方向の各々は、円周方向成分(Cx)及び/又は軸方向成分(Cy)を有し、前記シンプルサイプ及び前記コンプレックスサイプの前記軸方向成分(Cy)の合計と接触パッチ(23)の表面積の比を計算することによって得られた数値は、110マイクロメートル/mm2を超える、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のトレッド。
- 前記ブロック(2)は、前記トレッド上に、該トレッドに好ましい走行方向を与える全体としてV字形のトレッドパターンを形成している、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のトレッド。
- 前記トレッドは、各々が空所(17)の前記底(19)から突き出た突起(25)を有し、前記突起の高さ(Hp)は、前記空所の前記高さ(Hc)の少なくとも1/6に一致している、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のトレッド。
