Abstract
Description
成分A:ポリアミド樹脂の重複ユニットの40〜50mol%を占めるジカルボン酸ユニット
成分B:ポリアミド樹脂の重複ユニットの40〜50mol%を占める炭素原子数が2〜14である脂肪族ジアミンユニット
成分C:ポリアミド樹脂の重複ユニット0〜10mol%を占める炭素原子数が6〜14であるラクタム又はアミノカルボン酸ユニット
前記成分Aはその70〜100mol%を占めるベンゼンジカルボン酸ユニットA1及びその0〜30mol%を占める脂肪族ジカルボン酸ユニットA2からなる。
バイオベース炭素の含有量=(バイオベース炭素ムーア量/全有機炭素ムーア量)×100%。
前記ポリアミド樹脂 30〜99.7%
補強用充填材 0〜60%
難燃剤 0〜50%
他の添加剤 0〜10%
前記の難燃剤が、難燃剤又は難燃剤と難燃添加剤との複合物である。
バイオベース炭素の含有量=(バイオベース炭素ムーア量/全有機炭素ムーア量)×100%。
毛細管柱:DB-5MS(30m×250μm,0.25μm)
加熱手順:40℃恒温5min,10℃/minで300℃までに加熱、恒温を5分間保つ
サンプリング口温度:280℃
キャリアガス:Heガス
流速:0.8mL/min
分流比:50:1
磁気結合撹拌装置、凝縮管、ガス口、送り口及び圧力通気口の配置されたオートクレーブに表に記載された割合により反応原料を入れてから、安息香酸、次亜リン酸ナトリウム及び脱イオン水を入れる。安息香酸の量が、ジアミン、ナイロン塩、ラクタム及びアミノ基酸全物質の量の2.5%、次亜リン酸ナトリウム重量が脱イオン水以外の送り重量の0.1%、脱イオン水重量が全送り重量の30%である。真空を形成して保護ガスとして高純度の窒素ガスを入れ、攪拌しながら2時間、220℃までに加熱し、反応の混合物を220℃で1時間、攪拌する。次に、攪拌しながら反応物の温度が230℃になるようにする。反応は230℃の恒温及び2.2MPaの恒圧で2時間、続ける。反応水を排出して恒圧を保ち、反応が完了してから排出し、プレポリマーを80 ℃の真空で24時間、乾燥させ、プレポリマー製品を取得する。前記プレポリマー製品は250℃、50Pa真空条件で固相で10時間、増粘し、ポリアミドを取得する。ポリアミドの相対粘度、融点、飽和吸水率、バイオベース炭素含有量及びガス揮発物の含有量を表1〜5に示す。
表6〜7の調製比例により、ポリアミド樹脂、難燃剤及び他の添加剤を高速ミキサーで均一的に混合してから、主送り口から二軸スクリュー押出機に入れ、サイド送り秤側から補強用充填材を入れて押し出し、水で冷却し、造粒、乾燥してからポリアミド複合物を取得する。なお、押出し温度が330oCである。
Claims (10)
- ポリアミド樹脂の重複ユニットの成分が下記のものであるポリアミド樹脂。
成分A:ポリアミド樹脂の重複ユニットの40〜50mol%を占めるジカルボン酸ユニット
成分B:ポリアミド樹脂の重複ユニットの40〜50mol%を占める炭素原子数が2〜14である脂肪族ジアミンユニット
成分C:ポリアミド樹脂の重複ユニット0〜10mol%を占める炭素原子数が6〜14であるラクタム又はアミノカルボン酸ユニット
前記成分Aはその70〜100mol%を占めるベンゼンジカルボン酸ユニットA1及びその0〜30mol%を占める脂肪族ジカルボン酸ユニットA2からなる。
前記の成分Bはその70〜100mol%を占める1,10-ジアミノデカンユニットB1、その0〜30mol%を占める炭素原子数が2〜9である脂肪族ジアミンユニットB2及びその0〜10mol%を占める炭素原子数が11〜14である脂肪族ジアミンユニットB3からなる。
また、少なくとも前記成分Aまたは成分Bの任意の成分は、2種以上の異なるユニットを含む。
前記ポリアミド樹脂において、バイオベース炭素の含有量が45%以上であり、該バイオベース炭素のムーア含有量が下式により算出される。
バイオベース炭素の含有量=(バイオベース炭素ムーア量/全有機炭素ムーア量)×100%。 - 前記ポリアミド樹脂において、バイオベース炭素のムーア含有量が50%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリアミド樹脂。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂において、バイオベース炭素のムーア含有量が55.6%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリアミド樹脂。
- 前記ベンゼンジカルボン酸ユニットA1が80〜100mol%のテレベンゼンジカルボン酸、0〜20mol%のイソフタル酸ユニット及び0〜10mol%のフタル酸ユニットからなり、前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸ユニットが、炭素原子数が2〜14である脂肪族ジカルボン酸ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド樹脂。
- 前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸が、エタン二酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、ジメチルスベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、ノバン二カルボン酸、ドデシル二酸、トリデカンジオン酸又はテトラデカン二酸のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド樹脂。
- 前記炭素原子数が2〜9である脂肪族ジアミンが、エチレンジアミン、ジアミノプロパン、プトレシン二塩酸塩、1,5-ジアミノペンタン、ダイテックA、1,6-ヘキサンジアミン、ジアミノヘプタン、ジアミノオクタン、ジメチルジアミノオクタン、2,2,4-トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミン、2,4,4-トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミン、5-メチル-ノナンジアミン又はノナンジアミンのいずれか又は複数であり、前記炭素原子数が11〜14である脂肪族ジアミンが、ウンデカンジアミン、ドデカンジアミン、トリデカンジアミン又はテトラデカンジアミンのいずれか又は複数であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド樹脂。
- 前記炭素原子数が6〜14であるラクタム又はアミノカルボン酸が、6-アミノカプロン酸、カプロラクタム、10-アミノデカン酸、11-アミノウンデカン酸、イレブンラクタム、12-アミノドデカン酸又はラウリルラクタムのいずれか又は複数であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド樹脂。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂の融点が270℃以上にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド樹脂。
- ポリアミド複合物を製造するための請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の前記ポリアミド樹脂の応用。
- 下記の重量パーセントにより計算される成分を含むことを特徴とするポリアミド複合物。
請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂 30〜99.7%
補強用充填材 0〜60%
難燃剤 0〜50%
他の添加剤 0〜10%
前記難燃剤が難燃剤又は難燃剤と難燃添加剤との複合物である。
また、補強用充填材、難燃剤、他の添加剤の少なくとも1つの成分が0ではない。
