Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の伸縮性多孔質フィルムは、表面に空隙を有する伸縮性多孔質フィルムであって、王研式透気度計により測定される透気度が99999sec/100cc未満であり、100%伸長した状態での王研式透気度計により測定される透気度が60000sec/100cc未満となる伸長方向を有し、ヒステリシス試験において、幅20mm、チャック間距離30mmから、引張速度50mm/分にてチャック間距離60mmまで引張り、1分間保持した後、チャック間距離の引張りをなくしたときの残留歪みが10mm以下となる引張り方向を有する。

Description
表面に空隙を有する伸縮性多孔質フィルムであって、
王研式透気度計により測定される透気度が99999sec/100cc未満であり、
100%伸長した状態での王研式透気度計により測定される透気度が60000sec/100cc未満となる伸長方向を有し、
ヒステリシス試験において、幅20mm、チャック間距離30mmから、引張速度50mm/分にてチャック間距離60mmまで引張り、1分間保持した後、チャック間距離の引張りをなくしたときの残留歪みが10mm以下となる引張り方向を有する。
本発明の伸縮性多孔質フィルムは、表面に空隙を有する伸縮性多孔質フィルムである。本発明の伸縮性多孔質フィルムは、表面に空隙を有することにより、優れた通気性を有する。
本発明の伸縮性多孔質フィルムを製造する方法としては、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、任意の適切な方法を採用し得る。
本発明の伸縮性多孔質フィルムは、本発明の効果を有効に利用できる任意の適切な物品に用いることができる。すなわち、本発明の物品は、本発明の伸縮性多孔質フィルムを含む。このような物品としては、代表的には、例えば、絆創膏などが挙げられる。
透気度は、王研式透気度計(sec/100cc)(旭精工株式会社製、商品名:EG01−7−7MR)を用いて測定した。99999sec/100ccを超えるものについては「通気性無し」と判断した。透気度の測定は、製造したフィルムをそのままの状態(通常状態)と、100%伸長した状態と、2種類の測定を行った。なお、100%伸長した状態の測定については、製造したフィルムが一軸延伸されたフィルムである場合は、該延伸の方向と直交する方向(長手(MD)方向に延伸した場合はCD方向)に伸長した。
図3に示すようなヒステリシス試験を、幅20mmの試験片について、チャック間距離30mmから、引張速度50mm/分にてチャック間距離60mmまで引張り、1分間保持した後、チャック間距離の引張りをなくすまで行い、チャック間距離の引張りをなくしたときの残留歪みを測定した。なお、残留歪みの測定については、製造したフィルムが一軸延伸されたフィルムである場合は、引張り方向を、該延伸の方向と直交する方向(長手(MD)方向に延伸した場合はCD方向)とした。
日本ゼオン株式会社製のクインタック3433Nを100部、ヤスハラケミカル株式会社製のクリアロンM105を50部、ヤスハラケミカル株式会社製のYSレジンTO−Lを150部を混練し、ホットメルト粘着剤(A)を調製した。
評価するフィルムの片面に上記ホットメルト粘着剤(A)をスプレー塗布し、CD方向80mm×長手方向20mmにカットし、指先に巻き付け、24時間後の巻き付け部の皮膚の状態を観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
皮膚が通常と変わらない場合:○
皮膚が白くなっている場合:×

評価するフィルムの片面に上記ホットメルト粘着剤(A)をスプレー塗布し、CD方向80mm×長手方向20mmにカットし、指先の第二関節に巻き付け、該関節を5分間屈曲した後の状態を観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
指とフィルムの間に隙間がない場合:○
フィルムが伸びきって、指とフィルムの間に隙間がある場合:○
(ひじ関節)
評価するフィルムの片面に上記ホットメルト粘着剤(A)をスプレー塗布し、CD方向130mm×長手方向95mmにカットし、ひじに巻き付け、該ひじを5分間屈曲した後の状態を観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
ひじとフィルムの間に隙間がない場合:○
フィルムが伸びきって、ひじとフィルムの間に隙間がある場合:○
メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス7010、密度=0.861g/cm3、MFR=3g/10分):140重量部、炭酸カルシウム(平均粒子径=1.1μm):200重量部、ステアリン酸:1重量部、酸化防止剤:1重量部を、180℃で溶融混練し、混合材料を得た。
得られた混合材料を押出機に投入し、Tダイから溶融押出を行い、1軸ロール延伸方式により、延伸温度60℃、延伸倍率4倍で長手(MD)方向に延伸して、厚みが100μmの伸縮性多孔質フィルム(1)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス7010、密度=0.861g/cm3、MFR=3g/10分):140重量部の代わりに、メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス7010、密度=0.861g/cm3、MFR=3g/10分):98重量部、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(株式会社プライムポリマー製、商品名:ウルトゼックス2022L、密度=0.919g/cm3、MFR=2g/10分):42重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、厚みが100μmの伸縮性多孔質フィルム(2)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス7010、密度=0.861g/cm3、MFR=3g/10分):140重量部の代わりに、メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス7010、密度=0.861g/cm3、MFR=3g/10分):77重量部、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(株式会社プライムポリマー製、商品名:ウルトゼックス2022L、密度=0.919g/cm3、MFR=2g/10分):63重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、厚みが100μmの伸縮性多孔質フィルム(3)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス7010、密度=0.861g/cm3、MFR=3g/10分):140重量部の代わりに、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(株式会社プライムポリマー製、商品名:ウルトゼックス2022L、密度=0.919g/cm3、MFR=2g/10分):63重量部、エチレン・プロピレン・ターポリマー(三井化学株式会社製、商品名:K−9720、MFR=2g/10分):77重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、厚みが100μmの伸縮性多孔質フィルム(C1)を得た。
結果を表2に示した。
メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス7010、密度=0.861g/cm3、MFR=3g/10分):140重量部の代わりに、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(株式会社プライムポリマー製、商品名:ウルトゼックス2022L、密度=0.919g/cm3、MFR=2g/10分):63重量部、α−オレフィン共重合体(三井化学株式会社製、商品名:タフマーPN−3560、MFR=6g/10分):77重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、厚みが100μmの伸縮性多孔質フィルム(C2)を得た。
結果を表2に示した。
メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス7010、密度=0.861g/cm3、MFR=3g/10分):140重量部の代わりに、メタロセンポリプロピレン系エラストマー(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス6202、密度=0.863g/cm3、MFR=20g/10分):98重量部、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(株式会社プライムポリマー製、商品名:ウルトゼックス2022L、密度=0.919g/cm3、MFR=2g/10分):42重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、厚みが100μmの伸縮性多孔質フィルム(C3)を得た。
結果を表2に示した。
なお、伸縮性多孔質フィルム(C3)を作成するにあたっては、ロールへの粘り付きがひどく、作成が容易ではなかった。

Claims (8)
- 表面に空隙を有する伸縮性多孔質フィルムであって、
王研式透気度計により測定される透気度が99999sec/100cc未満であり、
100%伸長した状態での王研式透気度計により測定される透気度が60000sec/100cc未満となる伸長方向を有し、
ヒステリシス試験において、幅20mm、チャック間距離30mmから、引張速度50mm/分にてチャック間距離60mmまで引張り、1分間保持した後、チャック間距離の引張りをなくしたときの残留歪みが10mm以下となる引張り方向を有する、
伸縮性多孔質フィルム。 - ポリマー成分と充填剤を含む、請求項1に記載の伸縮性多孔質フィルム。
- 前記ポリマー成分がプロピレン系エラストマーを含む、請求項2に記載の伸縮性多孔質フィルム。
- 前記プロピレン系エラストマーのMFRが0.1g/10分〜18g/10分である、請求項3に記載の伸縮性多孔質フィルム。
- 前記プロピレン系エラストマーがメタロセン系エラストマーである、請求項3または4に記載の伸縮性多孔質フィルム。
- 前記ポリマー成分が直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項3から5までのいずれかに記載の伸縮性多孔質フィルム。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれかに記載の伸縮性多孔質フィルムを含む物品。
- 粘着剤層を有する、請求項7に記載の物品。
