Abstract
【解決手段】点摩擦撹拌接合構造10は、互いに重ね合わされた部位に、厚み方向一方側から回転する回転ピンが押し付けられることにより点摩擦撹拌接合される一対の上側フランジ部16及び下側フランジ部22を備える。上側フランジ部16には、当該上側フランジ部16から下側フランジ部22に向けて突起状に突出する一対の突起部30が形成される。一方、下側フランジ部22には、一対の突起部30が挿入される一対の係合孔32が形成される。

Claims (7)
- 互いに重ね合わされた部位に、厚み方向一方側から回転する回転ピンが押し付けられることにより点摩擦撹拌接合される一対のパネル材と、
前記回転ピンの回転軸を中心とした前記一対のパネル材の相対回転を規制する回転規制部と、
を備える点摩擦撹拌接合構造。 - 前記回転規制部は、
前記一対のパネル材のうち、一方の前記パネル材に形成され、該パネル材から他方の前記パネル材へ突出する第1係合部と、
前記一対のパネル材のうち、他の前記パネル材に形成され、前記回転ピンの回転方向に前記第1係合部と係合される第2係合部と、
を有する、
請求項1に記載の点摩擦撹拌接合構造。 - 前記一対のパネル材のうち、一方の前記パネル材は、パネル本体部と、前記パネル本体部の端部から延出し、他方の前記パネル材に重ね合わされると共に前記回転ピンが押し付けられるフランジ部と、を有し、
前記回転規制部は、前記フランジ部と他方の前記パネル材との接合部の中心よりも該フランジ部の延出方向先端側に配置される、
請求項2に記載の点摩擦撹拌接合構造。 - 前記回転規制部は、前記接合部の中心を通り且つ前記フランジ部の延出方向に延びる仮想基準線に対して両側に配置される、
請求項3に記載の点摩擦撹拌接合構造。 - 前記回転規制部は、前記接合部の中心を通り且つ前記フランジ部の延出方向に延びる仮想基準線に対し、該中心から前記フランジ部の延出方向先端側の端部に向けて45度で傾斜する仮想傾斜線上に配置される、
請求項3または請求項4に記載の点摩擦撹拌接合構造。 - 前記第1係合部は、前記一対のパネル材のうち、一方の前記パネル材に形成され、該パネル材から他方の前記パネル材へ向けて突起状に突出する突起部を含み、
前記第2係合部は、前記一対のパネル材のうち、他方の前記パネル材に形成され、前記突起部が挿入される係合孔を含む、
請求項2〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の点摩擦撹拌接合構造。 - 前記第1係合部は、前記一対のパネル材のうち、一方の前記パネル材の端部に沿って形成され、該端部から他方の前記パネル材へ延出するリブ部を含み、
前記第2係合部は、前記一対のパネル材のうち、他方の前記パネル材の端部に形成され、前記リブ部が挿入される切欠き部を含む、
請求項2〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の点摩擦撹拌接合構造。
