Claims (15)
- a.熱可塑性樹脂成形品に形成された通気孔の入口又は出口の周囲にフィルター固定リブを形成する、
b.次に、前記フィルター固定リブの内側にフィルターを落し込む、
c.次に、前記フィルター固定リブを加熱して溶融し、この溶融した樹脂を前記フィルターの周縁上に流動させてフィルターの周縁を覆うと同時に、フィルターの肉厚内に染み込ませる、
d.次に、前記フィルターの周縁を覆い、かつ肉厚内に染み込んだ樹脂を冷却して固化することにより、フィルターを通気孔の入口又は出口部分に固定する、
e.ことを特徴とする通気口に対するフィルターの取付方法。 - 前記通気孔には、音孔が含まれること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 前記フィルターは、通気性及び撥液性を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 前記フィルターには、溶融した樹脂が染み込む隙間又は微細な孔が形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 前記フィルターは、30μm〜300μmの厚みから成ること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 前記フィルターの材質は、フッ素系多孔質樹脂から成ること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 前記フィルターの融点は、取り付け対象とな成形品の融点より高いこと、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 前記固定リブで囲まれたフィルターの落し込み部の面は、成形品の面より一段低く、又は成形品と同一面、又は成形品の面より一段高く形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 前記成形品に形成されるフィルター固定リブは、当該成形品の成形時に一体に成形されること、を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 前記フィルターは、円形又は多角形の輪郭であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターの取付方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂成形品に形成された通気孔の入口又は出口の周縁部に熱加工チップの先端を沈み込ませながら加熱して溶融することにより、通気孔の入口又は出口部に一段低くなったフィルター取付面を形成すると共に前記沈み込みにより溶融した樹脂を周囲に盛り上げてフィルター固定リブを形成する成形品の通気孔の入口又は出口部分にフィルターの取付部を形成するフィルター取付部形成方法。
- チップ本体の先端面の中央に熱可塑性樹脂成形品に形成された通気孔の入口又は出口内に挿入するセンターリブを形成すると共にこのセンターリブの基部の周囲に発熱面を形成し、更にこの発熱面の周囲から垂直方向に垂直壁面を形成し、更にこの垂直壁面から後退した位置に位置決めフランジを形成して成るフィルター取付部形成用熱加工チップ。
- チップ本体の先端面に熱加工リブを形成すると共に前記先端面の周囲に前記熱加工リブよりも突出量を小さくしたゲートリブを形成し、このゲートリブと前記熱加工リブ間に押圧発熱面を形成して成るフィルター取付用熱溶着チップ。
- 前記フィルター取付部形成用熱加工チップ及びフィルター取付用熱溶着チップは、インパルス加熱方式であること、を特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の熱加工又は熱溶着チップ。
- 熱可塑性樹脂成形品の通気孔の入口又は出口に対して溶融した樹脂の染み込みの作用により撥液性と通気性を有するフィルターが取り付けられた熱可塑性樹脂成形品。
