Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の電子機器100の一例を示す。
次に、表示部102が有する表示パネルの構成例について、図面を参照して説明する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の電子機器が有する表示パネルの具体例について説明する。
図21(A)に表示パネルの平面図を示し、図21(A)における一点鎖線A1−A2間の断面図の一例を図21(C)に示す。具体例1で示す表示パネルは、カラーフィルタ方式を用いたトップエミッション型の表示パネルである。本実施の形態において、表示パネルは、例えば、R(赤)、G(緑)、B(青)の3色の副画素で1つの色を表現する構成や、R(赤)、G(緑)、B(青)、W(白)、またはR(赤)、G(緑)、B(青)、Y(黄)の4色の副画素で1つの色を表現する構成等が適用できる。色要素としては特に限定はなく、RGBW以外の色を用いてもよく、例えば、イエロー、シアン、マゼンタなどで構成されてもよい。
図21(B)に表示パネルの平面図を示し、図21(B)における一点鎖線A3−A4間の断面図の一例を図21(D)に示す。具体例2で示す表示パネルは、具体例1とは異なる、カラーフィルタ方式を用いたトップエミッション型の表示パネルである。ここでは、具体例1と異なる点のみ詳述し、具体例1と共通する点は説明を省略する。
図22(A)に表示パネルの平面図を示し、図22(A)における一点鎖線A5−A6間の断面図の一例を図22(C)に示す。具体例3で示す表示パネルは、塗り分け方式を用いたトップエミッション型の表示パネルである。
図22(B)に表示パネルの平面図を示し、図22(B)における一点鎖線A7−A8間の断面図の一例を図22(D)に示す。具体例4で示す表示パネルは、カラーフィルタ方式を用いたボトムエミッション型の表示パネルである。
図22(E)に具体例1乃至4とは異なる表示パネルの例を示す。
次に、発光パネルに用いることができる材料等を説明する。なお、本明細書中で先に説明した構成については説明を省略する場合がある。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様に用いることができる酸化物半導体の構造についいて説明する。
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置を充電する方法として無線給電により充電させる例を示す。無線給電には電界、磁界、電磁波等を用いることができる。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様に用いることのできる、可撓性を有する蓄電池108について説明する。
