【解決手段】膜付きガラス板1は、複数の膜を積層してなる積層膜2がガラス板3上に形成されている。積層膜2は、ガラス板3上に形成された少なくとも貴金属を含む無機物膜4と、無機物膜上に形成されためっき金属膜5と、めっき金属膜5上に形成された金属膜6を備える。積層膜2は、ガラス板3側から見た場合に黒色である。

Claims (9)
- 複数の膜を積層してなる積層膜がガラス板上に形成された膜付きガラス板であって、
前記積層膜は、前記ガラス板上に形成された少なくとも貴金属を含む無機物膜と、該無機物膜上に形成されためっき金属膜とを備え、
前記積層膜が前記ガラス板側から見た場合に黒色であることを特徴とする膜付きガラス板。 - 前記めっき金属膜が無電解めっきによって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜付きガラス板。
- 前記積層膜が、更に、前記めっき金属膜上に電解めっきによって形成された金属膜を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の膜付きガラス板。
- 無電解めっきによって形成された前記めっき金属膜が、銅又はニッケルで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の膜付きガラス板。
- 前記ガラス板の板厚が、300μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の膜付きガラス板。
- 前記積層膜が、タッチセンサ用の電極形状に加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の膜付きガラス板。
- 請求項6に記載の膜付きガラス板を具備することを特徴とするタッチセンサ。
- ガラス板上に形成された少なくとも貴金属を含む無機物膜と、該無機物膜上に形成されためっき金属膜とを備え、
前記ガラス板側から見た場合に黒色であることを特徴とする膜。 - 複数の膜を積層してなる積層膜をガラス板上に形成する膜付きガラス板の製造方法であって、
前記積層膜を、前記ガラス板上に少なくとも貴金属を含む無機物膜を形成した後に、該無機物膜上にめっき金属膜を形成することによって形成し、
前記積層膜が前記ガラス板側から見た場合に黒色であることを特徴とする膜付きガラス板の製造方法。
