Description
ビール類専門パネル5人が上記飲料を試飲し、おいしさ、アルコール感の改善等の各項目について、良いものに5点、普通のものに3点、悪いものに1点を付ける基準にて採点し、5人が付けた点数の平均値を評価として採用した。また、5人のコメントをまとめた。結果を表2に示す。

- 穀類エキス及び発酵穀類エキスから成る群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有する非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料。
- 前記発酵穀類エキスが乳酸発酵穀類エキスである請求項1に記載の非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料。

- 前記穀類が米である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料。
- 非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料中のプリン体含有量が0.2mg/100ml以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料。
- 非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料中の糖質含有量が2g/100ml以下である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料。
- 水溶性食物繊維を含有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料。
- 非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料中の水溶性食物繊維の含有量が不揮発分換算で0.5〜5重量%である請求項7に記載の非発酵ビール風味アルコール飲料。
