Claims (13)
- 関節軸の回転運動を伝達するための連結要素を製造する方法において、
前記連結要素がジョイントアウター部またはフランジと、連結ピンとを有しており、
円形プレート状または管状のブランクがフローフォーミングまたはフローターニングによって変形され、前記連結要素を形成することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
長手方向に壁厚が変化する径方向の外周領域が、フローフォーミングまたはフローターニングを用いて前記連結要素に作製されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
円形プレート状または管状のブランクが変形されて前記連結要素を形成し、前記ブランクは前記連結要素と実質的に同一の材料体積を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
中空の連結ピンが、フローフォーミングまたはフローターニングを用いて作製されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記連結要素の機能的要素、特に、前記連結要素の歯部、ボール軌道面、ケージ軌道面、ABSリング、フランジ、オイル溝部、サークリップ溝部および/またはねじ山が、フローフォーミングまたはフローターニングを用いて、前記ブランクに作製されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記ABSリングの歯部が、フローフォーミングまたはフローターニングを用いて成形されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記フローフォーミングまたはフローターニングの動作ステップが、交互のフローフォーミング工具またはフローターニング工具を有する1つのワークステーションにおいて実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記連結要素が、トリポード型ジョイントの回動ピンとして製造されることを特徴とする方法。 - 特に、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法により製造された、ジョイントアウター部(8)またはフランジ(18)と連結ピン(7)とを有する連結要素(6)において、前記ジョイントアウター部(8)またはフランジ(18)が、長手方向に壁厚が変化する径方向の外周領域を有することを特徴とする連結要素。
- 請求項9に記載の連結要素において、
好適にフローフォーミングまたはフローターニングを用いて作製された中空の連結ピン(7)、少なくとも1の歯部(9)、ボール軌道面(10a、12)、ケージ軌道面(10b)、ABSリング(14)、フランジ(18)および/またはねじ山(15)が設けられることを特徴とする連結要素。 - 請求項9または10に記載の連結要素において、
前記連結ピン(7)と反対側の回動ピンの端部が、径方向外周の材料肉厚部(16)を有することを特徴とする連結要素。 - 請求項9乃至11の何れか一項に記載の連結要素において、
径方向の外周に均一に分布したねじ穴(17)が、前記連結ピン(7)と反対側の前記連結要素(6)の端部に設けられることを特徴とする連結要素。 - 請求項9乃至11の何れか一項に記載の連結要素において、
前記フランジ(18)側が、溶接フランジとして構成されることを特徴とする連結要素。
