Abstract
Description
図1を参照しながら説明すると、反射シートは一般的に基材シート(1)、前記基材シート(1)上に形成された接着層(2)及び前記接着層(2)の上に形成された反射フィルムを含む。また、前記反射フィルムは、アルミニューム(Al)等の金属が蒸着し形成された反射層(3)、前記反射層(3)の上に形成されたバインダー層(4)及び前記バインダー層(4)に埋め込まれた多数の反射ビーズ(5)を含む。このような積層構造の反射シートを衣類や靴等の被着体に付着する際には、通常前記基材シート(1)を剥離除去した後、熱加圧を通して前記接着層(2)を被着体に熱融着させ付着する。

Claims (10)
- 基材シートと、
前記基材シート上に形成された接着層と、
前記接着層の上に形成され、反射ビーズが突出した構造で埋め込まれた反射フィルムと、
前記反射フィルム上に形成され、前記反射ビーズが突出した面に形成されたインク定着層と、
前記インク定着層の上に形成された印刷層と、
前記印刷層の上に形成された透明保護層とを備え、
前記インク定着層、印刷層及び透明保護層が、前記反射ビーズの突出構造に対応する屈曲構造で形成される
ことを特徴とする印刷反射シート。 - 前記印刷反射シートは、下記の式:

(ただし、T=インク定着層の厚さ、印刷層の厚さ及び透明保護層の厚さから選択された一つ以上であり、H=反射フィルムの表面に突出した反射ビーズの高さである)

請求項1または2に記載の印刷反射シート。 - 前記インク接着層は、ベース樹脂と、湿潤剤及び界面活性剤から選択された一つ以上のインクプライマーを含む
請求項1または2に記載の印刷反射シート。 - 前記ベース樹脂は、シリコン樹脂、ポリウレタン(PU))、メラミン樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)及びアクリル(acrylic)樹脂から選択された一つ以上の樹脂を含む
請求項4に記載の印刷反射シート。 - 前記透明保護層は、シリコン樹脂及びポリウレタンの中から選択された一つ以上の樹脂を含む
請求項1または2に記載の印刷反射シート。 - 前記透明保護層は、透明樹脂と防水剤を含む
請求項1または2に記載の印刷反射シート。 - 前記印刷反射シートは、透明保護層の上に粘着した剥離部材を含む
請求項1または2に記載の印刷反射シート。 - 前記印刷層は、UVオプセット印刷、UVグラビア印刷、UVシーリング印刷、スクリーン印刷、デジタル実写出力、印刷されたイメージの昇華または転写方法を通して形成される
請求項1または2に記載の印刷反射シート。 - 前記反射フィルムは、支持層と、前記支持層の上に突出した構造で埋め込まれた反射ビーズを含み、前記支持層には、白色顔料及びパールの中から選択された一つ以上を含む
