Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of recurrent reflection by providing mesh-form emboss on the surface of a material surface by a screen printing method to form a reflecting surface having uneven surfaces, and coating the coating material mixed with light-transmittable micro-balls on the said surface so that said micro-balls make face contact with the curved surfaces of the undulated surfaces.

These enable the considerable improvement in the efficiency of the recurrent reflection.
