Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1列の転動体(3)を有する転がり軸受用の転がり軸受用保持器(4)を製造する方法であって、
金属固体材料から構成されたリングまたはリングセグメントが提供され、
変形プロセスおよび/または切断、材料除去プロセスによって、各々が1つの転動体(3)を受け入れる開口部(9)を有する、前記転がり軸受用保持器(4)のリング状またはセグメント化された本体(6)が形成され、
熱可塑性粉末によって熱コーティングされるために、前記本体(6)が、最低コーティング温度を超える温度まで加熱され、
前記本体(6)が、その後、前記熱可塑性粉末を含む流動床内に浸漬され、
前記本体(6)が前記流動床内に存在する間、プラスチック粉末が前記本体(6)内に付着し、溶解し、連続したコーティング(7)を形成し、
前記本体(6)が、前記コーティングプロセスの後に前記流動床から除去される、方法。 - 矩形または台形の輪郭の窓状開口部(9)が、転動体(3)としてころを受け入れる目的で形成され、前記それぞれの輪郭を越えて延在する切取部(10)が、前記開口部(9)のコーナに生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記切取部(10)が、弓形の形状を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記本体が炉内で加熱される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記本体(6)の前記加熱と前記流動床内の前記浸漬との間に、前記本体(6)の温度が均一化するために時間間隔が提供され、前記本体(6)が、前記時間間隔の最後であっても、前記最低コーティング温度を超える温度である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記本体(6)が、前記加熱プロセスおよび/または前記コーティングプロセス中に、移動し、特に枢動しかつ/または回転する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリアミド(PA)またはポリエーテルケトンから構成された熱可塑性粉末が使用される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(7)が、0.4mm〜1.3mmの厚さで形成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記本体(6)が、前記コーティングプロセスの前に粒子ジェットを用いて処理される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記本体(6)に、前記コーティングプロセスの前に下塗りとして付着促進層(8)が提供される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 内輪(1)を有し外輪(2)を有し、ころの形態で少なくとも1列の転動体(3)を有する転がり軸受であって、前記ころの形態の前記転動体(3)の列に対して、前記列に対して、前記関連するころを互いに所定の間隔で保持する転がり軸受用保持器(4)が提供され、前記転がり軸受用保持器(4)が、変形プロセスおよび/または切断、材料除去プロセスによって形成されたリング状またはセグメント化された本体(6)を有し、前記本体(6)がプラスチックでコーティングされている、転がり軸受。
- 少なくとも2列の転動体を備えたアキシアル−ラジアル転がり軸受の形態であり、それにより、前記内輪(1)および前記外輪(2)が、アキシアル方向のスラス力の方向に関らず互いに対してラジアル方向にかつ互いに対してアキシアル方向に支持される、請求項11に記載の転がり軸受。
- 2列の円すいころが転動体(3)として設けられている、請求項12に記載のアキシアル−ラジアル転がり軸受。
- 3列の円筒ころが転動体(3)として設けられ、その第1列および第3列がアキシアル方向支持を提供し、第2列がラジアル方向支持を提供する、請求項12に記載のアキシアル−ラジアル転がり軸受。
- 前記転がり軸受用保持器(4)が、各々直径が少なくとも1メートルである、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のアキシアル−ラジアル転がり軸受。
