Description
転がり軸受として、図2に示す軸受(軌道輪寸法:φ60mm×φ85mm×t1mm、転動体:φ3mm×17.8mmのコロを48本、保持器:図1(a)に示す形状を有するもので、SPCC鋼板をプレス加工したもの)を使用した。
Λ=h0/(σ1 2+σ2 2)1/2
なお、h0は油膜厚さ、σ1は転動体表面粗さ、σ2は軌道面表面粗さを示す。
保持器の表面に皮膜を形成しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして運転試験を行った。この運転試験後の転動体中央部の表面粗さ(コロの軸方向)の測定データを図4に示す。
ブランクである試験前のコロに比べ、比較例1のコロは表面粗さが著しく悪化しているのに対し、実施例1のコロは表面粗さの変化が極めて小さかった。

Claims (4)
- 転動体の保持器として金属製の保持器を用いた転がり軸受において、
上記転動体がコロ形状を有し、
上記保持器は、冷間圧延鋼板をプレス加工により得られたものであり、かつ、このプレス加工の際、転動体を挿入するための穴が剪断によって開けられており、この穴の内面は、凹凸状の剪断面を有しており、
上記保持器の穴の内面に、線膨張係数が1×10−4/℃以下であり、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、及びポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂から選ばれる合成樹脂からなる、厚さが1〜100μmの皮膜を形成したことを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 上記転動体が針状コロ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- エアコン用コンプレッサーに使用されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の転がり軸受。
- 上記合成樹脂がポリイミドであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の転がり軸受。
