Claims (21)
- 炭素繊維布帛(1)にシリコーン、ポリウレタン又はアクリル系エマルション(4)を含浸させ、次いで布帛(1)と一緒に乾燥させることを特徴とする、炭素繊維布帛の製造方法。
- 前記シリコーン、ポリウレタン又はアクリル系エマルション(4)を吹き付け(5)、塗りつけ、浸漬又は「ホットメルト」転写操作によって前記布帛(1)に適用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記布帛(1)に該布帛(1)の重量の1%〜60%の範囲の割合でシリコーン、ポリウレタン又はアクリル系エマルション(4)を含浸させることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 乾燥させる前にシリコーン、ポリウレタン又はアクリル系エマルション(4)を含浸させた布帛(1)を1〜100バールの範囲の圧力においてプレス加工することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記布帛(1)の1つの面に保護層(2)を適用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記保護層(2)を前記布帛(1)に適用する前に該布帛(1)にシリコーン、ポリウレタン又はアクリル系エマルション(4)を適用することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記保護層(2)がポリウレタン、ポリアミド又はアクリル系フィルムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記保護層(2)が不織布を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記保護層(2)が積層によって、特にホットカレンダー加工又はプレス加工によって、前記布帛(1)に適用され、保護層(2)の布帛(1)と接触する表面が部分的に布帛(1)中に浸透して中間層(3)を作り、布帛(1)の外側のフィラメントが保護層(2)と一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記中間層(3)の厚さが前記布帛(1)の厚さの5%〜60%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記積層を30°〜200°の範囲の温度で且つ/又は10〜200バールの範囲の圧力で実施することを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記布帛(1)に脂肪族溶液(6)を吹き付け、その後にこれを乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪族溶液(6)の坪量が48〜90g/m2の範囲、特に55g/m2±10%又は80g/m2±10%であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪族溶液(6)がポリアクリレート、グリコール及び/又は脂肪族ポリウレタン化合物、特に乳白剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪族溶液(6)がケイ素−酸素鎖を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記布帛(1)にイソシアネート及び/又は架橋用ポリ尿素物質の水性エマルション(7)を吹き付け、その後にこれを乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 該方法の終了時における布帛(1)の坪量が260〜320g/m2の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン、ポリウレタン又はアクリル系エマルション(4)を含浸され且つ存在する場合の前記保護層(2)に結合された前記布帛(1)の少なくとも1つの端部がヘムを形成させるために折られ且つ縫われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする炭素繊維布帛(1)。
- 2つの横断湾曲軸に沿って変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の布帛。
- 請求項19又は20に記載の布帛を含むことを特徴とする、自動車用ライニング材。
