Claims (15)
- 正極タブが付着されている1つ以上の正極と、
負極タブが付着されている1つ以上の負極と、
前記正極及び負極が分離膜が介在された状態で積層されて形成された電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容し、上部と下部からなるパウチと、
前記正極タブ同士が積層された部分に電気的に接続された正極タブ接合部と、
前記負極タブ同士が積層された部分に電気的に接続された負極タブ接合部と、
前記正極タブ接合部に連結された正極リードと、
前記負極タブ接合部に連結された負極リードと、
前記正極リード及び負極リードがその一部面積が外部に露出した形態に介在されているリードフィルムと、
前記リードフィルムが介在された状態で上部パウチと下部パウチを熱融着することでパウチの外周面に形成されるシーリング部を含む二次電池であって、
前記正極リードと負極リードは平行に配列され、一枚のリードフィルムに同時に介在される、二次電池。 - 前記正極リードと負極リードの間隔は4〜14mmである、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードフィルムは、正極リードと負極リードの間に外側から内側方向に湾入された構造の切取部を1つ以上含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記切取部は逆三角形、半円形、四角形、及び台形からなる群より選択された少なくとも一つである、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記切取部が形成された部位のシーリング部は他の部位のシーリング部の幅より小さい幅を有する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードフィルムはポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードフィルムの厚さは0.05〜0.15mmである、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はリチウムイオン二次電池またはリチウムイオンポリマー二次電池である、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 正極タブが付着されている1つ以上の正極及び負極タブが付着されている1つ以上の負極が分離膜が介在された状態で積層されて形成され、
前記正極タブ同士が積層された部分に電気的に接続された正極タブ接合部に連結された正極リードと前記負極タブ同士が積層された部分に電気的に接続された負極タブ接合部に連結された負極リードを含み、
前記正極リードと負極リードが平行に配列された電極組立体を用意する段階と、
1枚のリードフィルムを使用して、前記正極リードと負極リードの一部面積が外部に露出した形態に同時に介在する段階と、
前記電極組立体を上部パウチと下部パウチの間に形成された内部空間に収容する段階と、
前記リードフィルムが上部パウチと下部パウチの外周面の間に介在された状態でパウチの外周面を熱融着してシーリング部を形成する段階と、を含む、二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記リードフィルムは、正極リードと負極リードの間に外側から内側方向に湾入された構造の切取部を1つ以上含む、請求項9に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記切取部は逆三角形、半円形、四角形、及び台形からなる群より選択された少なくとも一つである、請求項10に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記上部パウチと下部パウチの外周面の間に介在されるリードフィルムは1つ以上の切取部を含む、請求項10に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記シーリング部を形成する段階で、パウチの外周面のうち切取部と重なる部分を除いて熱融着が行われる、請求項12に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記切取部は、シーリング部を形成する段階後に、シーリング部で包まれたリードフィルムを外側から切り取って形成する、請求項10に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記切取部が形成された部位のシーリング部は他の部位のシーリング部の幅より小さい幅を有する、請求項13または14に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
