Abstract
【解決手段】ケースの密封部の一定領域に封止部材の形成厚さが厚く形成される排気部を形成することにより、前記排気部の接着力が前記排気部が形成されていない密封部の接着力より相対的に弱くなるため、過充電または内部短絡などの過熱条件で電池内で高圧が発生してケースが膨らむ場合、前記排気部の接着が解除されて前記パウチ型二次電池の内部物質が排出され、安全性を確保することができる長所がある。

Claims (4)
- 第1電極部、第2電極部及び分離膜を含む電池部と、
前記第1電極部及び第2電極部からそれぞれ延長される第1電極タップ及び第2電極タップと、
前記第1電極タップ及び第2電極タップが外側に突出され、前記第1電極部、第2電極部及び分離膜を内部に含んで密封されるパウチ形態であって、封止部材が塗布される密封部及び前記密封部の一定領域に他の領域に比べ封止部材が厚く塗布されて形成される排気部を含むケースと、を含む電池セル。 - 前記電池セルは、前記密封部と前記排気部を形成する前記封止部材の塗布領域が熱融着によって接合されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記排気部は、前記排気部の接着力が前記排気部が形成されていない前記密封部の接着力に比べ弱く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電池セルが多数個積層される電池モジュール。
