Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の二次電池は,正極22と負極23がセパレータ24を間において位置する電極群20と,前記電極群20が収納される空間部33を備えるケース30と,前記電極群20に連結されながら,前記ケース30の密封部位に配置されるリードエレメント25,26と,前記ケース30とリードエレメント25,26との間に配置されて前記ケース30と前記リードエレメント25,26に密着し,少なくとも一つの部位で他の部位より小さい破断強度を有するシラント27とを含む。

Claims (11)
- 正極と負極がセパレータを間に介在して構成される電極群と;
前記電極群が収納される空間部を有し,前記電極群を収納した状態で密封されるケースと;
前記電極群に接続された状態で,前記ケースが密封された部位に配置されるリードエレメントと;
前記ケースと前記リードエレメントとの間に配置されて,前記ケースと前記リードエレメントに密着するシラントと;
前記ケースと前記シラントとが密着する領域において,当該領域内の他の領域よりも小さい破断強度を有する破断部と;
を備えることを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記ケースがパウチ型の形状であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記破断部は,前記リードエレメントの長手方向に沿って前記シラントに形成された少なくとも1つの溝から構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝が切欠形態のものであることを特徴とする,請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝は,前記シラントの中央に向かって互いに対向する方向に2つ以上形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項3〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記破断部は,前記ケースと前記シラントとが密着する領域の幅が,当該領域内の他の領域よりも狭くなるように構成された少なくとも1つの部位から構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースと前記シラントとが密着する領域に少なくとも一つの未接触領域を含み,当該未接触領域により,前記ケースと前記シラントとが密着する部位の幅が,当該領域内の他の領域よりも狭くなるように構成されたことを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シラントと前記ケースとが密着する領域の幅が,前記ケースの内側面または外側面から前記シラントの中央に向かうほど狭くなるように構成されたことを特徴とする,請求項6又は7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記未接触領域が円弧形態を成すことを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記未接触領域は,前記シラントの中央に向かうほど尖端形状を成すことを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- モーターを駆動するために用いられることを特徴とする,請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
