Claims (18)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と連結される第1リードプレートと、
互いに少なくとも一部が重なるように、間隙を置いて前記第1リードプレートと対面する第2リードプレートと、
前記間隙の間に介在され、前記第1リードプレートと第2リードプレートとの間を連結する金属ブリッジと、
前記間隙の間に介在され、前記金属ブリッジより外側に位置する第1シーラントと、
前記第2リードプレートを外部に引出し、前記電極組立体を収容するパウチケースと、
前記パウチケースの内面と前記第1リードプレートとの間及び前記パウチケースの内面と前記第2リードプレートとの間にそれぞれ介在される第2シーラントと、
を含む二次電池。 - 前記金属ブリッジは、前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートの幅方向に沿って連続的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記金属ブリッジは、前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートの幅方向に沿って不連続的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記金属ブリッジは、前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートより低融点を有する金属からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記金属ブリッジは、150℃ないし300℃の融点を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1シーラントは、前記パウチケースを封止するように、前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートの幅方向に沿って連続的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1シーラントの幅は、前記第2シーラントの幅より狭いことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1シーラントは、前記電極組立体から前記金属ブリッジに向かう方向に形成されるベント切欠を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベント切欠は、前記金属ブリッジに向かう方向に沿って段々幅が狭くなる形状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベント切欠は、楔状であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 第1リードプレートと、
互いに少なくとも一部が重なるように、間隙を置いて前記第1リードプレートと対面する第2リードプレートと、
前記間隙の間に介在され、前記第1リードプレートと第2リードプレートとの間を連結する金属ブリッジと、

を含む電極リード組立体。 - 前記金属ブリッジは、前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートより低融点を有する金属からなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電極リード組立体。
- 前記金属ブリッジは、150℃ないし300℃の融点を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電極リード組立体。
- 前記第1シーラントは、前記第1リードプレート及び第2リードプレートの幅方向に沿って連続的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電極リード組立体。
- 前記第1シーラントの幅は、前記第2シーラントの幅より狭いことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電極リード組立体。
- 前記第1シーラントは、前記第1シーラントから前記金属ブリッジに向かう方向に形成されるベント切欠を備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電極リード組立体。
- 前記ベント切欠は、前記金属ブリッジに向かう方向に沿って段々幅が狭くなる形状であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の電極リード組立体。
- 前記ベント切欠は、楔状であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の電極リード組立体。
