Claims (14)
- 二次電池に流れる電流の経路上に設けられ、部品の間を電気的に連結する二次電池用コネクティング部品であって、
一端部の厚さ方向の中心部から突出して形成された第1突出部を備える第1金属プレート;
前記第1金属プレートから離隔して位置し、且つ、一端部の厚さ方向の中心部から突出して形成され、前記第1突出部と対向する第2突出部を備える第2金属プレート;並びに
前記第1金属プレート及び第2金属プレートより低い融点を有する合金材質からなり、前記第1金属プレートと前記第2金属プレートとの間に位置する合金ブリッジを含み、
前記合金ブリッジは、その断面が「工」字形状をなす二次電池用コネクティング部品。 - 前記第1金属プレート及び第2金属プレートが、同一平面上に並んで位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記合金ブリッジの表面が、前記第1金属プレート及び第2金属プレートの表面と同一平面を成すことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記第1突出部及び第2突出部が、それぞれの対向面が互いに平行になるように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記第1突出部及び第2突出部が、それぞれの対向面が互いに逆方向に傾斜するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記第1突出部及び第2突出部が、それぞれの対向面が互いに向かって凸状に突出するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記それぞれの対向面が、角張った形状または丸みをつけた形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記合金ブリッジが、スズと銅とを含む無鉛合金材質からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記スズの含量が、前記無鉛合金の総質量を基準に80質量%〜98質量%であり、銅の含量が2質量%〜20質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記無鉛合金が、ニッケル、亜鉛、及び銀から選択された少なくとも一つの追加金属を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記追加金属の含量が、前記無鉛合金の総質量を基準に0.01質量%〜10質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 前記無鉛合金が、100℃〜250℃の融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品。
- 互いに電気的に連結された複数の単位セル、前記単位セルを収容する外装ケース、前記外装ケースの外側に突出した外部端子、及び前記単位セルと外部端子との間を連結するバスバーを含むバッテリーモジュールにおいて、
前記バスバーが、請求項1〜請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品であることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 複数のバッテリーモジュール及び前記バッテリーモジュールの間を電気的に連結するインターバスバーを含むバッテリーパックにおいて、
前記インターバスバーが請求項1〜請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用コネクティング部品であることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。
