Abstract
Description
図1は、フィルム型電池100を模式的に示す一部破断の平面図である。図2は、図1のII-II線断面図である。フィルム型電池100は、フィルム外装体10と、電極体20と、正極端子32と、負極端子34と、電解液(図示せず)と、を備える。フィルム型電池100は、ここではリチウムイオン二次電池である。正極端子32および負極端子34は、端子の一例である。なお、以下の説明において、図面中の符号X、Y、Zは、フィルム型電池100の短辺方向、短辺方向と直交する長辺方向、厚み方向を、それぞれ表すものとする。長辺方向は、正極端子32および負極端子34が延出された方向の一例である。ただし、これらは説明の便宜上の方向に過ぎず、フィルム型電池100の配置形態を何ら限定するものではない。

Claims (4)
- フィルム外装体と、
前記フィルム外装体の内部に収容され、電極を有する電極体と、
一端が前記電極に電気的に接続され、他端が前記フィルム外装体の外部に延出された板状の端子と、
前記フィルム外装体の少なくとも前記端子が延出された側の縁部に設けられたシール部と、
前記端子の前記フィルム外装体と対向する側の面に一体化され、前記シール部において前記フィルム外装体に溶着されたシーラントフィルムと、
を備え、
前記シーラントフィルムは、前記シール部の前記端子が延出された方向の幅が他の部分よりも狭くなるように形成された切欠部を有する、
フィルム型電池。 - 前記電極は、電極集電体を有し、
前記端子は、前記電極集電体と同種の第1の金属と、前記第1の金属とは異なる第2の金属と、が接合されたクラッド材で構成され、
前記シーラントフィルムは、前記第1の金属と前記第2の金属との接合部を覆うように配置されている、
請求項1に記載のフィルム型電池。 - 前記端子は、銅または銅合金と、前記銅または前記銅合金とは異なる金属と、が接合されたクラッド材で構成され、
前記銅または前記銅合金の部分の表面にニッケルメッキ層が設けられている、
請求項1または2に記載のフィルム型電池。 - 前記切欠部は、前記シール部の内縁から外縁に向けて幅が漸次狭くなるように形成されている、
請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム型電池。
