Claims (10)
- 正極と負極がセパレータを間に介在して構成される電極群と;
前記電極群が収納される空間部を有し,前記電極群を収納した状態で密封されるパウチ型の形状のケースと;
前記電極群に接続された状態で,前記ケースが密封された部位に配置されるリードエレメントと;
前記ケースと前記リードエレメントとの間に配置されて,前記ケースと前記リードエレメントに密着するシラントと;
前記シラント又は前記ケースに設けられ、前記ケースと前記シラントとが密着する領域において,前記シラントと前記ケースとの接触幅が減少することで当該領域内の前記リードエレメントの長手方向と直交する方向の他の領域よりも小さい破断強度を有する破断部と;
を備えることを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記破断部は,前記リードエレメントの長手方向に沿って前記シラントに形成された少なくとも1つの溝から構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝が切欠形態のものであることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝は,前記シラントの中央に向かって互いに対向する方向に2つ以上形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項2〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記破断部は,前記ケースと前記シラントとが密着する領域の幅が,当該領域内の他の領域よりも狭くなるように構成された少なくとも1つの部位から構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースと前記シラントとが密着する領域に少なくとも一つの未接触領域を含み,当該未接触領域により,前記ケースと前記シラントとが密着する部位の幅が,当該領域内の他の領域よりも狭くなるように構成されたことを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シラントと前記ケースとが密着する領域の幅が,前記ケースの内側面または外側面から前記シラントの中央に向かうほど狭くなるように構成されたことを特徴とする,請求項5又は6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記未接触領域が円弧形態を成すことを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記未接触領域は,前記シラントの中央に向かうほど尖端形状を成すことを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- モーターを駆動するために用いられることを特徴とする,請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
