Claims (13)
- 양극집전체와, 상기 양극집전체의 적어도 일면에 코팅되는 양극활물질층으로 된 양극판;상기 양극집전체의 일변으로부터 인출되는 양극탭;음극집전체와, 상기 음극집전체의 적어도 일면에 코팅되는 음극활물질층으로 된 음극판;상기 음극집전체의 일변으로부터 인출되는 음극탭;상기 양극 및 음극판 사이에 개재되어 이들을 절연시키는 세퍼레이터; 및상기 양극 또는 음극탭중 적어도 하나의 전극탭의 상하면에 열압착된 필름형태이며, 고분자 수지로 이루어진 절연부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지부.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연부재는 폴리에틸렌이나, 폴리프로필렌이나, 비정질 폴리이미드중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지부.

- 양극집전체와, 상기 양극집전체의 적어도 일면에 코팅되는 양극활물질층으로 된 양극판;상기 양극집전체의 일변으로부터 인출되는 양극탭;음극집전체와, 상기 음극집전체의 적어도 일면에 코팅되는 음극활물질층으로 된 음극판;상기 음극집전체의 일변으로부터 인출되는 음극탭;상기 양극 및 음극판 사이에 개재되어 이들을 절연시키는 세퍼레이터; 및상기 양극 또는 음극탭중 적어도 하나의 전극탭의 외면에 압축성형된 액상의 형태이며, 고분자 수지로 이루어진 절연부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지부.
- 양극집전체와, 상기 양극집전체의 적어도 일면에 선택적으로 형성되는 양극활물질층으로 된 복수개의 양극판;상기 양극집전체로부터 각각 인출되는 양극탭;상기 복수개의 양극탭과 전기적으로 연결되는 양극리드;음극집전체와, 상기 음극집전체의 적어도 일면에 선택적으로 형성되는 음극활물질층으로 된 복수개의 음극판;상기 음극집전제로부터 각각 인출되는 음극탭;상기 복수개의 음극탭과 전기적으로 연결되는 음극리드;상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터;상기 양극판, 세퍼레이터, 음극판 순으로 다수개 적층된 전지부가 수용되는 케이스; 및상기 양극 또는 음극탭중 적어도 하나의 전극탭의 외면에 형성되며, 고분자 수지로 된 절연부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬폴리머전지.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 절연부재는 폴리프로필렌이나, 폴리에틸렌이나, 비정질 폴리이미드중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬폴리머전지.
- 전극활물질용 원소재를 혼합하는 단계;집전체의 적어도 일면에 전극활물질층을 코팅하는 단계;상기 전극활물질층이 코팅된 집전체를 절단하는 단계;집전체로부터 인출된 전극탭의 상하면에 폴리프로필렌이나 폴리에틸렌중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 필름으로 된 절연부재를 가접착하는 단계; 및상기 절연부재를 상기 전극탭상에 열융착으로 고정시키는 단계;상기 절연부재가 상기 전극탭상에 압착되고, 전극활물질층이 집전체상에 코팅된 전극판을 완성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬폴리머전지의 제조방법.

- 전극활물질용 원소재를 혼합하는 단계;집전체의 적어도 일면에 전극활물질층을 코팅하는 단계;상기 전극활물질층이 코팅된 집전체를 절단하는 단계;상기 집전체로부터 인출된 전극탭상에, 폴리프로필렌이나, 폴리에틸렌이나, 비정질 폴리이미드중 선택된 어느 하나의 절연부재용 용액을 압출기를 통하여 상기 전극탭상에 적하시키는 단계;상기 절연부재용 용액을 상기 전극탭상에 압축성형으로 고정시키는 단계; 및상기 절연부재가 상기 전극탭상에 압축성형되고, 상기 전극활물질층이 집전체상에 코팅된 전극판을 완성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬폴리머전지의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 절연부재용 용액은 상기 전극탭과의 결착성을 향상시키기 위하여 아크릴산이 대략 1 내지 5 wt% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬폴리머전지의 제조방법.
