Claims (10)
- 有機金属シート(3)から構造コンポーネント(2)を製造するための方法であって、
第一のステップにおいて、有機金属シート(3)を予備加熱し、ツール(1)の中に導入して、その後形状形成し;
第二のステップにおいて、形状形成された有機金属シート(3)の領域(3.2)を加熱し;
第三のステップにおいて、形状形成された有機金属シート(3)の少なくとも加熱された領域(3.2)を、有機金属シート(3)のさらなる領域と材料が結合するように、さらに形状形成して、少なくとも部分的に閉じた中空プロファイルを形成する
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 領域(2)が加熱される時に、有機金属シート(3)が、熱可塑性材料によって補強されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性材料が、有機金属シート(3)の表面への材料の結合によって適用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 形状形成工程によって、有機金属シート(3)は、第一のステップによって構造コンポーネント(2)の部分形状へと形状形成され、さらなる形状形成工程によって、有機金属シートは、第三のステップによって構造コンポーネント(2)の最終形状へと形状形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 形状形成工程のために、ツール(1)は第一のステップに従って閉じられ、さらなる形状形成工程のために、ツールは第三のステップに従って開放されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ツール(1)を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、
ツール(1)が、第一の成形体(1.1)と第二の成形体(1.2)とを含む、少なくとも2つの部分からなる、凹みを形成する複合体として形成され、
凹み側にある1つの成形体(1.1、1.2)は、形状嵌め形状としての形状形成プロファイルを有し、
少なくとも1つの成形体(1.1、1.2)は少なくとも1つの加熱可能部分(1.1.1、1.1.2)を有し、
ツールは、スライド(4)に結合している
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - スライド(4)が、1つの成形体(1.2)の凹み側にある表面に沿って動かすことができることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- ツール(1)が、形状形成ツールと射出成形ツールとからなる組み合わせツールとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造される構造コンポーネント(2)。
- 形状形成された有機金属シート(3)が、閉じた中空プロファイルを有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の構造コンポーネント。
