Description
その車のボディ又はシャシへのそのバンパの取付けを容易にし得る。同様に、上記車両用強化部材300が車両用シートの座面部の一部を有する場合、上記金属取付具302は、図1による前後方向調整機構を上記シート基部が有するか否かに関わらず、そのシート基部への上記座面部の取付を容易にし得る。この例では、上記車両用強化部材300は車両用シートのシートバックの一部を含み、また上記金属取付具は、上記車両用シートの座面部に対するシートバックのチルトを可能とするチルト調整機構のチルト調整部材である。換言すれば、上記車両用シートの座面部上に協働するチルト調整部材が設けられ、また、それらチルト調整部材は互いに可動に連結され、それにより、上記座面部とシートバックを、前者に対する後者のチルトを許容する様式で連結する。
Claims (28)
- オーバモールド組立品の形成方法であって、
前記方法は、
繊維強化材料の平面体からなる繊維強化材料体を形状規定部材の形状に一致させる工程であって、前記材料は複合母材内に連続繊維を有し且つ前記形状規定部材は車両用強化部材の閉断面部の内容積を規定する、一致工程と、
前記繊維強化材料体の第1の縁部と該繊維強化材料体の第2の縁部を接着して、それにより前記形状規定部材の周囲に前記車両用強化部材の前記閉断面部を形成する接着工程と、
前記閉断面部内に前記形状規定部材を保持しながら、前記車両用強化部材上のシェル及び繊維強化材料体を一体的に連結するように、前記シェル、車両用強化部材、及び更なる車両用強化部材をオーバモールドする、オーバモールド工程と、を有し、
前記繊維強化材料体の一致工程は、第1型部材を前記繊維強化材料体に接触させる工程、及び前記繊維強化材料が前記形状規定部材の形状に少なくとも部分的に一致するように、前記第1型部材及び形状規定部材を、それらの間に前記繊維強化材料体を伴って、一緒にする工程を有し、そして
前記第1型部材は、鉛直方向に傾斜して配置された表面を有し、前記第1型部材を前記繊維強化材料体に接触する工程は、前記傾斜表面上への前記繊維強化材料体の装着工程を含む、方法。 - 前記方法は、先細りの車両用強化部材の形成を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記形状規定部材は、該形状規定部材の長手方向に先細りである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記形状規定部材は、前記車両用強化部材の前記閉断面部の先細りの内容積を規定する、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 更に、
前記繊維強化材料体を少なくとも部分的に硬化する硬化工程と、
前記車両用強化部材の前記閉断面部の前記内容積から前記形状規定部材を引き抜く引き抜き工程と、を有する、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1型部材は、前記形状規定部材の形状と協調する形状の窪み部分を有し、また前記第1型部材及び形状規定部材を一緒にする工程は、前記窪み部分及び形状規定部材間に前記繊維強化材料体を配置する工程を含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記第1及び第2縁部が前記窪み部分の外側に突出するように前記繊維強化材料体を配置する工程を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1縁部の前記第2縁部への接着工程は、前記第1縁部及び第2縁部の1つを前記形状規定部材に寄せしめるように前記繊維強化材料体を第2型部材及び第3型部材と個々に接触させ、前記第1及び第2縁部が互いに重なり合う工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第3型部材が加熱される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第3型部材は、前記繊維強化材料の接着温度まで加熱される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2型部材及び第3型部材は、往復動装置に取付けられ、前記往復動装置は、連続して、前記第2型部材を前記繊維強化材料体に接触させ、その後、前記第2型部材を前記繊維強化材料体との接触から離し、更に前記第3型部材を前記繊維強化材料体と接触させる、請求項8乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 車両用強化部材は長手方向に延在し、且つ前記方法は更に、前記車両用強化部材の前記長手方向に前記形状規定部材を引き抜く工程を含む、請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着工程は、前記第1縁部と前記第2縁部とを融解によって接着する工程を含む、請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記車両用強化部材の硬化速度を調整するために前記形状規定部材の温度を制御する工程を含む、請求項1乃至13の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記形状規定部材の温度の制御工程は、前記形状規定部材の温度を制御し且つそれにより前記繊維強化材料体の温度を調整するために前記形状規定部材内の1つ以上のチャネルを通じて冷却材及び/又は放射材を流す工程を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至15の何れか1項に記載の方法を用いて製造されたオーバモールド組立品において、前記車両用強化部材は、閉断面部、及び前記第1及び第2縁部を結合する継ぎ目を有する、オーバモールド組立品。
- 車両用シートの補強構造部材の製造方法であって、前記車両用シートは、座面部及びチルト調整機構によって前記座面部に連結されたシートバックを有し、前記チルト調整機構は、前記座面部に対して前記シートバックのチルト調整を許容するために可動に連結された互いに対して可動な2つのチルト調整部材を有し、前記2つのチルト調整部材の1つが前記座面部及びシートバックの夫々に存在し、
前記製造方法は、請求項1乃至15の何れか1項に記載の方法を用いてシート要素のオーバモールド組立品を形成する形成工程であって、前記シート要素が前記座面部及びシードバックの1つである、形成工程と、
前記2つのチルト調整部材の1つを前記オーバモールド組立品に取付ける取付工程であって、前記オーバモールド組立品を前記2つのチルト調整部材の他方に連結し、それにより前記座面部及びシートバックを連結するための取付工程と、を有する、製造方法。 - 前記シート要素は前記シートバックであり、前記チルト調整機構は、前記シートバックの対向する2つの側面の夫々の上にヒンジ機構を有し、前記ヒンジ機構の1つが、前記チルト調整部材を有し、且つ他方のヒンジ機構も、前記座面部に対して前記シートバックのチルト調整を許容するために可動に連結された互いに対して可動な2つのチルト調整部材を有し、
前記製造方法は、請求項1乃至15の何れか1項に記載の方法に従って更なる前記車両用強化部材を形成する形成工程であって、前記車両用強化部材及び更なる車両用強化部材はそれぞれ、前記個々のヒンジ機構からのチルト調整部材を有すると共に、前記個々のヒンジ機構から該個々のヒンジ機構から離れた点まで前記シートバックの前記2つの対向する側面に沿って伸長する、形成工程と、
前記車両用強化部材及び更なる車両用強化部材の上に前記シェルをオーバモールドするオーバモールド工程であって、前記シェル、車両用強化部材及び更なる車両用強化部材を一体的に結合するオーバモールド工程とを有する、請求項17に記載の製造方法。 - 車両用シートであって、
座面部と、
シートバックと、
前記シートバックを前記座面部に連結するチルト調整機構とを有し、
前記チルト調整機構は、前記座面部に対して前記シートバックのチルト調整を許容するために可動に連結された互いに対して可動な2つのチルト調整部材を有し、前記2つのチルト調整部材の1つが前記座面部及びシートバックの夫々に存在し、
前記シートバック及び座面部の1つであるシート要素は、請求項1乃至15の何れか1項に記載の方法を用いて形成された少なくとも1つのオーバモールド組立品を含み、前記少なくとも1つのオーバモールド組立品は、前記チルト調整部材の1つを含み、該チルト調整部材の1つは、他方のチルト調整部材に可動に連結され、それにより前記座面部及びシートバックが連結される、車両用シート。 - 前記シート要素は、前記チルト調整機構から、該チルト調整機構から離れた点まで前記シート要素の対向する側面に沿って伸長するオーバモールド組立品を有する、請求項19に記載の車両用シート。
- 前記チルト調整機構は2つのヒンジ機構を有し、1つのヒンジ機構が前記シート要素の対向する側面の夫々に存在し、前記チルト調整機構は、前記2つのヒンジ機構の1つの一部を形成し、他方の前記ヒンジ機構も前記座面部に対して前記シートバックのチルト調整を許容するために可動に連結された互いに対して可動な2つのチルト調整部材を有し、またそれぞれの車両用強化部材は、それぞれの前記ヒンジ機構の前記2つのチルト調整部材の1つを有する、請求項20に記載の車両用シート。
- 各車両用強化部材の前記閉断面部の断面は、実質的に楕円形である、請求項19乃至21の何れか1項に記載の車両用シート。
- オーバモールド組立品を作り上げるシステムであって、
車両用強化部材の閉断面部の内容積を規定する形状規定部材であって、前記車両用強化部材は、複合母材中に連続繊維を含む連続繊維強化材料の平面体からなる連続繊維強化材料体を使用して形成される、形状規定部材と、
第1型部材であって、前記第1型部材及び形状規定部材は、それらの間の前記連続繊維強化材料体を伴って一緒に、前記連続繊維強化材料体からなる閉断面部が形成されるように構成され、前記閉断面部は前記形状規定部材の周囲に形成される、第1型部材と、
前記第1型部材に可動に架設され、使用時には前記車両用強化部材を形成するために前記連続繊維強化材料体の第1縁部及び第2縁部を合わせて接着するように前記形状規定部材に向けて移動可能な接着装置と、
前記閉断面部内に前記先細りの形状規定部材を保持しながら前記車両用強化部材及び更なる車両用強化部材の上にシェルをオーバモールドするのに使用するためのオーバモールド型であって、該車両用強化部材及び更なる車両用強化部材は前記シェル及び連続繊維強化材料体と一体的に連結される、オーバモールド型と、を有するシステム。 - 前記システムは、先細りの車両用強化部材を作り上げるように構成される、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記形状規定部材は、該形状規定部材の長手方向に先細りである、請求項23又は24に記載のシステム。
- 前記形状規定部材は、前記車両用強化部材の前記閉断面部の先細り内容積を規定する、請求項23乃至25の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 更に、前記第1型部材に可動に架設された第2型部材を有し、使用時には、前記形状規定部材と協働して前記連続繊維強化材料体の第1縁部を該連続繊維強化材料体に接触せしめるように前記第2型部材が移動可能とされる、請求項23乃至26の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 更に、第3型部材を有し、前記第2型部材及び第3型部材は、前記第1型部材に取付けられた往復動装置に架設され、前記往復動装置は、使用時に、前記第2型部材を前記第1縁部に接触させ、その後、前記第2型部材を前記第1縁部との接触から離し、更に前記第3型部材を前記繊維強化材料体の第2縁部と接触させて該第2縁部を前記第1縁部に接着する、請求項27に記載のシステム。
