軸を中心に回転する回転入力部と、
該回転入力部に接続された近位端と、該針ドライバーに接続された遠位端と、を含む、リンクと、
を含み、第1角度方向の該回転入力部の回転は、該第1角度方向とは反対の第2角度方向に該針ドライバーを並進させる、外科用縫合装置。
(53) 前記リンクが更に、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に挟まれた長手方向スロットを含み、該長手方向スロットがピンを受容し、該ピンを中心に、該リンクが長手方向の並進と旋回の両方を行う、実施態様52に記載の外科用縫合装置。
(54) 前記遠位端が、前記針ドライバーに旋回可能に接続される、実施態様52に記載の外科用縫合装置。

Claims (4)
- 外科用縫合装置に着脱可能なように適合された使い捨て外科用針カートリッジであって、該使い捨てカートリッジが、
円弧状針トラックと、
該針トラック内に配置され、先端及び後端を含む、円弧針と、
該針に接続された、ある長さの縫合糸と、
該針に係合し、かつ該針トラック内で該針を動かすよう操作可能な往復運動針ドライバーと、
該針ドライバーに操作可能に接続された伝動装置と、
該伝動装置を、該外科用縫合装置内の回転ドライブに連結するよう適合された、捻れ力インタフェースと、
を含み、該往復運動針ドライバー及び該伝動装置は、該カートリッジ内に完全に入れられている、使い捨て外科用針カートリッジ。 - 前記外科用縫合装置が再使用可能である、請求項1に記載の使い捨て外科用針カートリッジ。
- 前記外科用縫合装置が、近位端、遠位端、及び前記カートリッジとインタフェースで接続するよう適合された受容器を備えた細長シャフトを含む、請求項1に記載の使い捨て外科用針カートリッジ。
- 外科用縫合装置を更に含む、請求項1に記載の使い捨て外科用針カートリッジ。
