Abstract
【解決手段】リチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂は、コア部と、コア部の表面を覆うシェル層とを含む。シェル層は、第1単量体混合物を反応させることによって得られる。詳しく説明すると、第1単量体混合物は、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸エステル単量体と、第1芳香族ビニル単量体と、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体とを含む。第1単量体混合物100wt%に対し、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸エステル単量体の含有量は、45wt%〜80wt%であり、第1芳香族ビニル単量体の含有量は、5wt%〜25wt%であり、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体の含有量は、10wt%〜43wt%である。

Description
本発明は、コア部と、コア部の表面を覆うシェル層とを含むリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂を提供する。シェル層は、コア部の表面を部分的に、または完全に覆う。以下、コア部、シェル層、およびリチウムイオン電池負極のそれぞれの製造方法について詳しく説明する。

1.負極の密着性
○: 負極の表面は滑らかであるため、密着性が良かった
×: 負極の表面に亀裂が生じている、または、電極層が銅箔の表面から剥離しているため、密着性が悪かった。後述する電気特性の評価は、行われていなかった。
−: コア部を形成する乳化重合反応によって形成された溶液は、安定性が悪く、コア部を含有する溶液を製造できないことを示した。後述する電気特性の評価は、行われていなかった。
2.リチウムイオン電池の電気特性
○: 最大容量≧330mAh/g
×: 最大容量<330mAh/g
−: 密着性が悪い、またはコア部を含む溶液を製造することができなかった。電気特性の評価は、行われていなかった。

Claims (11)
- コア部と、
前記コア部の表面を覆うシェル層と
を含み、前記シェル層が、第1単量体混合物を反応させることによって得られ、前記第1単量体混合物が、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸エステル単量体と、第1芳香族ビニル単量体と、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体とを含み、
前記第1単量体混合物100wt%に対し、前記エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸エステル単量体の含有量が、45wt%〜80wt%であり、前記第1芳香族ビニル単量体の含有量が、5wt%〜25wt%であり、前記エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体の含有量が、10wt%〜43wt%であるリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂。 - 前記エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸エステル単量体の前記含有量が、55wt%〜75wt%である請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂。
- 前記第1芳香族ビニル単量体の前記含有量が、5wt%〜20wt%である請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂。
- 前記エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体の前記含有量が、10wt%〜30wt%である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂。
- 前記リチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂100重量部に対し、前記コア部の含有量が、70重量部〜80重量部であり、前記シェル層の含有量が、20重量部〜30重量部である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂。
- 前記コア部が、第2単量体混合物を反応させることにより得られ、前記第2単量体混合物が、第2芳香族ビニル単量体と、共役ジエン単量体と、シアン化ビニル単量体とを含み、
前記第2単量体混合物100wt%に対し、前記第2芳香族ビニル単量体の含有量が、40wt%〜50wt%であり、前記共役ジエン単量体の含有量が、45wt%〜55wt%であり、前記シアン化ビニル単量体の含有量が、2wt%〜10wt%である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂と、
溶媒と
を含むリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂組成物。 - 請求項7に記載のリチウムイオン電池負極用樹脂組成物と、
活物質と
を含むリチウムイオン電池負極用スラリー。 - 前記活物質が、リチウムイオン電池負極用の導電性炭素材料を含む請求項8に記載のリチウムイオン電池負極用スラリー。
- 集電体と、
前記集電体の表面に配置され、請求項8に記載の前記リチウムイオン電池負極用スラリーの処理ステップにより形成される電極層と
