Claims (21)
- プラグ接続部材(12;112)及びケーブル出口部材(14)を備えた電気プラグコネクタであって、
前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)は、電気接続を生成するために相補的なプラグ接続部材にプラグ接続されることができると共に、長手方向軸(16;118)を有し、
前記ケーブル出口部材(14)は、前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)を向き且つ前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)の前記長手方向軸(16;118)と整列するように配向された前方チャネル区域(56)と、前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)から遠く離れ且つ前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)の前記長手方向軸(16;118)に対して角度をつけて配向された後方チャネル区域(60)とを備えたケーブル誘導チャネル(58)を有し、
前記ケーブル出口部材(14)は、前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)に複数の配向にて着脱可能に接続されることができる、
電気プラグコネクタにおいて、
前記プラグ接続部材(12)の前記長手方向軸(16)に対して斜めに又は垂直に配置された枢動軸(88)を中心とする枢動運動により又は前記プラグ接続部材(112)の前記長手方向軸(118)に沿った線形運動により、前記ケーブル出口部材(14)が前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)に着脱可能に接続されることができること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記後方チャネル区域(60)が、前記前方チャネル区域(56)に対して少なくとも45°の角度をつけて配向されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記電気プラグコネクタ(10;110)が、前記ケーブル出口部材(14)を前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)上に着脱可能にロックするための少なくとも1つのロック部材(34;120)を有すること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項3に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記ロック部材(34;120)が、前記プラグ接続部材(12)の前記長手方向軸(16)に対して斜めに又は垂直に配向された枢動軸(36)を中心に枢動可能であるように又は前記プラグ接続部材(112)の前記長手方向軸(118)に対して垂直に線形変位可能であるように装着されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記ロック部材(34;120)が前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)上に装着されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記ロック部材(34;120)がロック位置に掛止されることができること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、
前記電気プラグコネクタ(10)が、対になって互いに直径方向に正反対に位置する複数の第1接続要素(78、80、82、84)と、互いに直径方向に正反対に位置する2つの第2接続要素(42、46;114、116)とを有し、
1対の前記第1接続要素(78、80、82、84)が各々、前記ケーブル出口部(14)の個々の配向において、前記第2接続要素(42、46;114、116)に着脱可能に接続されることができること、
を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。 - 請求項7に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、対を成す前記第1接続要素(78、80、82、84)が前記ケーブル出口部材(14)上に配置され、2つの前記第2接続要素(42、46;114、116)が前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)上に配置されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記第1接続要素(78、80、82、84)が互いから離間されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項7、8、又は9に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記第2接続要素(42、46;114、116)が互いから離間されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、
前記第1接続要素が接続突片(78、80、82、84)として構成されること、及び
前記第2接続要素が接続容器(42、46;114、116)として構成され、前記ケーブル出口部材(14)の各配向において、前記接続容器(42、46;114、116)内に1対の接続突片(78、80、82、84)を導入することができること、
を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。 - 請求項11に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記接続突片(78、80、82、84)が、前記ケーブル出口部材(14)の端部表面(54)から突出すると共に、前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)の前記長手方向軸(16)に対して平行に配向されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項11又は12に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記接続容器(42、46)が、前記ケーブル出口部材(14)を向く前記プラグ接続部材(12)のカラー(30)の内側に配置されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項11又は12に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記接続容器(114、116)が、前記ケーブル出口部材(14)を向く前記プラグ接続部材(112)のカラー(30)内にシャフト様のやり方で形成されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項11、12、又は13に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、
前記接続突片(78、80、82、84)が各々、隙間(86)を有すること、及び
接続容器(42)内に突起(44)が配置され、該突起(44)が、前記接続容器(42)内に接続突片(78、80、82、84)が導入されると、前記隙間(86)を貫通すること、
を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。 - 請求項11に記載の特徴を有する、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記ロック部材(34;120)が、接続容器(42、46;114、116)内に導入することができるバー(38)を有すること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項11〜15のいずれか1項に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、1つの接続容器(46)が、円弧の形態の画定部(90)を有すること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記ケーブル出口部材(14)が第1及び第2ハウジング外殻(48、50)を有し、前記第1ハウジング外殻(48)が前記プラグ接続部材(12)に様々な配向において着脱可能に接続されることができ、前記第2ハウジング外殻(50)が、前記第1ハウジング外殻(48)を解放する開放位置と、前記第1ハウジング外殻(48)を被覆する閉鎖位置との間で移動可能であること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項18に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記第2ハウジング外殻(50)が、前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間で前後に移動できるように、前記第1ハウジング外殻(48)上に装着されること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項18又は19に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記第2ハウジング外殻(50)が、前記プラグ接続部材(12;112)の前記長手方向軸(16;118)に対して斜めに又は垂直に配向された枢動軸(62)を中心に枢動可能であること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
- 請求項18、19、又は20に記載の電気プラグコネクタであって、前記ケーブル出口部材(14)が、2つの前記ハウジング外殻(48、50)へねじ付けることができる袋ナット(52)を有すること、を特徴とする電気プラグコネクタ。
