カチオンを電着した鋼板上に中塗り塗料〔日本ペイント(株)製、商品名:オルガーP−5U〕を乾燥後の塗膜の厚さが30μmとなるように塗布し、140℃の雰囲気中で20分間加熱した後、形成された塗膜上に黒色に着色されたベース塗料〔日本ペイント(株)製、商品名:アクアレックスAR2100〕を乾燥後の塗膜の厚さが10μmとなるように塗布し、80℃の雰囲気中で10分間加熱することにより、被塗物Aを作製した。
ポリプロピレン製樹脂板の表面を洗浄し、脱脂した後、プライマー〔日本ビー・ケミカル(株)製、品番:RB116〕を乾燥後の塗膜の厚さが10μmとなるように塗布し、80℃の雰囲気中で10分間加熱した後、形成された塗膜上に黒色に着色されたベース塗料〔日本ビー・ケミカル(株)製、品番:R301〕を乾燥後の塗膜の厚さが10μmとなるように塗布し、80℃の雰囲気中で10分間加熱することにより、被塗物Bを作製した。
攪拌装置、窒素ガス導入管、冷却管、温度計および連続滴下用の滴下ロートを備えた反応容器内に酢酸ブチル230質量部を入れ、窒素ガスを反応容器内に導入しながら撹拌下で80℃まで昇温させた。
JIS−K1557に基づいて測定した。
JIS−K5601に基づいて測定した。
JIS−K7147に基づいて測定した。
テトラヒドロフランを展開溶媒とし、ゲルパーミエイションクロマトグラフィー〔(株)東ソー製、品番:HLC−8320GPC〕で測定した。
試験片の塗膜の透明性を目視にて観察し、以下の評価基準に基づいて透明性を評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:塗膜が透明である。
○:塗膜がわずかに白色に着色されているが透明である。
△:塗膜がやや白色に着色されているが透明である。
×:塗膜が白色に着色されており、不透明である。
試験片の塗膜を目視にて観察し、以下の評価基準に基づいて深み感を評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:60度の角度から塗膜を見たとき、下地の色がくっきり濃く見える。
○:60度の角度から塗膜を見たとき、下地の色が濃く見える。
△:60度の角度から塗膜を見たとき、下地の色に艶が出て薄白く見える。
×:60度の角度から塗膜を見たとき、下地の色に艶が出て白く見える。
JIS K5600−5−4「引っかき硬度(鉛筆法)」に準拠し、被塗物Aの表面に形成された塗膜の鉛筆硬度を調べ、以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:鉛筆硬度がHB以上である。
○:鉛筆硬度が2B〜Bである。
△:鉛筆硬度が4B〜3Bである。
×:鉛筆硬度が5B以下である。
幅100mm×長さ100mm×厚さ1mmのガラス板に乾燥後の塗膜の厚さが20μmとなるようにクリヤーコート組成物をスプレーで塗布し、120℃で1時間乾燥させ、試験板を作製した。
紫外線照射後の試験板のガラス面の状態を目視で観察し、以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:紫外線を照射した後の試験板の外観は、試験前の試験板と対比して変化が認められない。
×:紫外線を照射した後の試験板の外観は、試験前の試験板と対比して白濁が認められる。
紫外線の照射前後の試験板のガラス面における全透過率をヘイズメーター〔(株)村上色彩技術研究所、品番:HM−150〕で測定し、式:
〔全透過率の低下率(%)〕
=[〔100−紫外線照射後の全透過率(%)〕÷〔紫外線照射前の全透過率(%)〕]
×100
に基づいて全透過率の低下率を求め、以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:全透過率の低下が10%未満である。
○:全透過率の低下が10%以上20%未満である。
△:全透過率の低下が20%以上30%未満である。
×:全透過率の低下が40%以上である。
攪拌装置、窒素ガス導入管、冷却管、温度計および連続滴下用の滴下ロートを備えた反応容器内に酢酸ブチル230質量部を入れ、窒素ガスを反応容器内に導入しながら撹拌下で80℃まで昇温させた。

Claims (1)
- トップコートに用いられるクリヤーコート組成物であって、(A)式(I):
で表わされる官能基含有単量体および式(II):
で表わされるフッ素原子含有単量体を含有する単量体成分を重合させてなる官能基含有(メタ)アクリレート系重合体、および(B)架橋剤を含有することを特徴とするクリヤーコート組成物。
