Description
(1)トップコートに用いられるクリヤーコート組成物であって、芳香環含有(メタ)アクリレートおよび式(I):
で表わされる官能基含有単量体を含有する単量体成分を重合させてなる官能基含有(メタ)アクリレート系重合体、および(B)架橋剤を含有し、前記芳香環含有(メタ)アクリレートとしてナフタレン(メタ)アクリレート、アントラニル(メタ)アクリレート、フェナントリル(メタ)アクリレートおよびナフタレン含有ウレタン変性メタクリレートからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種の芳香環含有(メタ)アクリレートが用いられていることを特徴とするクリヤーコート組成物、および
(2)さらに、官能基含有(メタ)アクリレート系重合体100質量部あたり0〜25質量部の量で平均粒子径が3〜30nmである充填材を含有する前記(1)に記載のクリヤーコート組成物
に関する。

攪拌装置、冷却管、温度計および連続滴下用の滴下ロートを備えた反応容器内に、ナフトール100質量部、メチルエチルケトン90質量部およびジラウリン酸ジブチルスズ0.1質量部を仕込み、60℃まで昇温させた。その後、2−メタクリロイルオキシエチルイソシアネート〔昭和電工(株)製、商品名:カレンズMOI〕105質量部を2時間かけて反応容器内に滴下し、3時間熟成させた。
攪拌装置、窒素ガス導入管、冷却管、温度計および連続滴下用の滴下ロートを備えた反応容器内に酢酸ブチル230質量部を入れ、窒素ガスを反応容器内に導入しながら撹拌下で80℃まで昇温させた。
JIS−K1557に基づいて測定した。
JIS−K5601に基づいて測定した。
JIS−K7147に基づいて測定した。
テトラヒドロフランを展開溶媒とし、ゲルパーミエイションクロマトグラフィー〔(株)東ソー製、品番:HLC−8320GPC〕で測定した。
(1)屈折率
クリヤーコート組成物をポリエステル(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)フィルムに乾燥後の厚さが30μmとなるように塗布し、塗膜が形成されたフィルムを100℃の恒温槽内に20分間入れて乾燥させることにより、試験片を作製した。得られた試験片の塗膜の屈折率をプリズムカプラー(Metricon社製、商品名:Model 2010)で測定した。
(被塗物の作製)
カチオン電着した鋼板上に中塗り塗料〔日本ペイント(株)製、商品名:オルガーP−5U〕を乾燥後の塗膜の厚さが30μmとなるように塗布し、140℃の雰囲気中で20分間加熱した後、形成された塗膜上に黒色に着色されたベース塗料〔日本ペイント(株)製、商品名:アクアレックスAR2100〕を乾燥後の塗膜の厚さが10μmとなるように塗布し、80℃の雰囲気中で10分間加熱することにより、被塗物Aを作製した。
表1に示す被塗物Aまたは被塗物Bの表面上に乾燥後の塗膜の厚さが30μmとなるようにクリヤーコート組成物を塗布し、100℃の雰囲気中で20分間加熱することにより、試験片を作製した。
前記で得られた試験片の塗膜を目視にて観察し、以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:塗膜に非常に強い光沢が存在する。
○:塗膜に強い光沢感がある。
△:塗膜に光沢感がやや存在する。
×:塗膜に光沢感が存在しない。
紫外可視分光光度計〔日本分光(株)製、品番:V−660〕を用いて試験片の塗膜におけるb*を測定した。なお、b*の値が小さいほど、塗膜は無色透明となる。
攪拌装置、窒素ガス導入管、冷却管、温度計および連続滴下用の滴下ロートを備えた反応容器内に酢酸ブチル230質量部を入れ、窒素ガスを反応容器内に導入しながら撹拌下で80℃まで昇温させた。

- トップコートに用いられるクリヤーコート組成物であって、(A)芳香環含有(メタ)アクリレートおよび式(I):
で表わされる官能基含有単量体を含有する単量体成分を重合させてなる官能基含有(メタ)アクリレート系重合体、および(B)架橋剤を含有し、前記芳香環含有(メタ)アクリレートとしてナフタレン(メタ)アクリレート、アントラニル(メタ)アクリレート、フェナントリル(メタ)アクリレートおよびナフタレン含有ウレタン変性メタクリレートからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種の芳香環含有(メタ)アクリレートが用いられていることを特徴とするクリヤーコート組成物。 - さらに、官能基含有(メタ)アクリレート系重合体100質量部あたり0〜25質量部の量で平均粒子径が3〜30nmである充填材を含有する請求項1に記載のクリヤーコート組成物。
