Claims (3)
- 駆動軸に支持された駆動プーリと、従動軸に支持された従動プーリと、これら駆動プーリと従動プーリ間に掛け渡されたVベルトと、前記駆動プーリと従動プーリの一方のプーリにおける可動プーリを、その可動プーリを支持する軸に対して回り止めしてスライド自在に支持するスライド案内機構と、前記可動プーリに対して相対回転可能に連結され、可動プーリの軸方向への移動により、その可動プーリを一体に移動させてプーリの溝幅を変化させるアーム部材と、そのアーム部材を軸方向に移動させるアーム駆動装置とを有してなるVベルト式無段変速機において、
前記アーム駆動装置が、前記アーム部材に対する接触回転によって、そのアーム部材を軸方向に移動させる偏心カムと、その偏心カムを回転させる回転駆動装置とからなることを特徴とするVベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記アーム部材の前記偏心カムと対向する部位に、その偏心カムが接触する回転可能なローラを設けた請求項1に記載のVベルト式無段変速機構。
- 前記可動プーリを軸方向にスライド可能に支持するスライド案内機構が、その可動プーリを支持する軸に、複数のガイドピンが植設された環状のスライド案内部材を嵌合して固定し、そのスライド案内部材における複数のガイドピンのそれぞれを前記可動プーリのボス部に形成されたガイドピンと同数の軸方向のガイド凹部内にスライド自在に挿入した構成からなる請求項1又は2に記載のVベルト式無段変速機。
