Abstract
Description
本発明は、自動車のためのトランスミッション制御モジュールであって、ここで説明したような電気セレクター制御システムを備えるトランスミッション制御モジュールに関するものとすることができる。電気セレクター制御システムは、自動車速度のような、自動車の作動状態に関するデータを受信するためのCANバスに接続することができる。
(1)ドライブ・セレクターを非アクティブ位置にロックすること
(2)シールドを係合位置に移動させること
(3)ドライブ・セレクター表示(a drive selector indicia)を隠したり、または不明瞭にしたりすること
(4)ドライブモード選択を阻止するべく、トランスミッション・コントローラを作動させること
Claims (17)
- 電気駆動モーターおよびバッテリーを有する自動車のための電気セレクター制御システムであって、
自動車ドライブモードを選択するためのドライブ・セレクターと、
前記自動車が充電所に接続されていることを示すため、接続信号を受信するべく構成される制御ユニットと、
前記制御ユニットが前記接続信号を受信したとき、前記ドライブ・セレクターをアクティブ位置と非アクティブ位置との間で移動させるべく作動可能なアクチュエータと、
前記ドライブ・セレクターが前記非アクティブ位置にあるとき、前記ドライブ・セレクターの作動を阻止するべく配置されるシールドと
を備える電気セレクター制御システム。 - 電気駆動モーターおよびバッテリーを有する自動車のための電気セレクター制御システムであって、
自動車ドライブモードを選択するためのドライブ・セレクターと、
前記自動車が充電所に接続されていることを示すため、接続信号を受信するべく構成される制御ユニットと、
前記自動車の点火のスイッチがオンになったとき、前記ドライブ・セレクターを非アクティブ位置とアクティブ位置との間で移動させるべく作動可能なアクチュエータと、
前記ドライブ・セレクターが前記非アクティブ位置にあるとき、前記ドライブ・セレクターの作動を阻止するべく配置されるシールドと、
を備え、
前記制御ユニットが前記接続信号を受信した場合において、前記点火がオンになったとき、当該システムが、前記ドライブ・セレクターを前記非アクティブ位置に維持するべく作動可能なものとした電気セレクター制御システム。 - 前記自動車が充電所に接続されているとき、前記ドライブ・セレクターが、少なくとも一の自動車ドライブモードを選択するべく作動可能な状態にある、請求項1または2に記載の電気セレクター制御システム。

- 前記ドライブ・セレクターを、現在のドライブモードに代表される位置へと移動させるためのドライブ機構を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気セレクター制御システム。
- 前記自動車が充電所に接続されていることを示す接続信号を、前記制御ユニットが受信したとき、前記ドライブ機構が、前記ドライブ・セレクターを、パーキング位置へと移動させるものとした、請求項5に記載の電気セレクター制御システム。
- 前記自動車の速度が、所定の閾値を超えたときにおいて、前記自動車が充電所に接続されていることを示す接続信号が受信された場合、前記制御ユニットが、障害信号を発生させるものとした、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気セレクター制御システム。
- 自動車のためのトランスミッション制御モジュールであって、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気セレクター制御システム、および、前記自動車の作動状態に関するデータを受信するためのCANバスを備えるトランスミッション制御モジュール。
- 前記CANバスが、バッテリー制御モジュールに接続され、該バッテリー制御モジュールが、前記自動車が充電所に接続されていることを示すため、前記接続信号を出力するものとした、請求項8に記載のトランスミッション制御モジュール。
- 前記CANバスが、トランスミッションにおける自動車ドライブ・レンジを選択するためのトランスミッション・コントローラに接続されるものとした、請求項8または9に記載のトランスミッション制御モジュール。
- 前記自動車が充電所に接続していることを示す接続信号を、前記トランスミッション・コントローラが受信した場合、該トランスミッション・コントローラが、パーキング作動モードに従事するものとした、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション制御モジュール。
- 自動車のための電気セレクター制御システムを作動する方法であって、前記自動車が、電気駆動モーターおよびバッテリーを備えるものとし、前記電気セレクター制御システムが、ドライブモードを選択するためのユーザー作動式ドライブ・セレクターを備えるものとし、該方法が、自動車が充電所に接続されているときに、ドライブモードの選択を阻止することを備え、
前記ドライブモードの選択を阻止することが、ドライブ・セレクターを非アクティブ位置に移動させることを備える方法。 - 自動車のための電気セレクター制御システムを作動する方法であって、前記自動車が、電気駆動モーターおよびバッテリーを備えるものとし、前記電気セレクター制御システムが、ドライブモードを選択するためのユーザー作動式ドライブ・セレクターを備えるものとし、該方法が、
点火がオフに設定されたとき、前記ドライブ・セレクターを非アクティブ位置に移動させること、および、
前記自動車が充電所に接続されている場合において、前記点火がオンになったとき、前記ドライブ・セレクターを非アクティブ位置に維持すること
を備える方法。 - 前記自動車が充電所に接続されているとき、前記ドライブ・セレクターが依然として、トランスミッション・レンジ変更を実行できる、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記ドライブモードの選択を阻止することが、
(1)シールドを係合位置に移動させること、および、
(2)ドライブ・セレクター表示を隠し、または不明瞭にすること
の一以上を備える、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記自動車が充電所に接続されていることを検出した場合、前記ドライブ・セレクターを、パーキング位置に移動させることをさらに備える、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
