(a)光開始剤を1.0〜20.0質量%、特に1.0〜15.0質量%、殊に3.0〜10.0質量%、
(b)樹脂(単数または複数の重合可能な成分)を99.0〜80.0質量%、特に99.0〜85.0質量%、殊に97.0〜90.0質量%
含み、
その際に成分a)およびb)の合計は、100%となる。
− フィルム法合成紙、例えばTeslin(登録商標)(PPG Industries社;微孔性の、高度に充填された、単層のポリオレフィン合成材料)、またはYupo(登録商標)(Convert−All,Inc.社;乳白色の多重層の二軸延伸ポリプロピレン(BOPP)製品)、
− ファイバー法合成紙(木材繊維ではなくポリマー繊維)、および
− フィルムラミネート法合成紙:紙/フィルム/紙、例えばDurasafe(登録商標)(Land−quart社);フィルム/紙/フィルム、例えばハイブリッド銀行券基材(Giesecke & Devrient社;中核の木綿繊維心材と保護ポリエステルフィルムとの組合せ)。
様々な光開始剤をUVラッカーと混合し、かつ厚さ4μmのワイヤーランドバーコーターを用いて紙および板紙の上に塗布する。塗布された紙を1kgの圧力下でオリジナルのシムと貼り合わせる。試験体を、前記紙または板紙を通して、光線量を変えるために様々なベルト速度および様々な灯出力で、中圧水銀灯(IST Metz GmbH社、Nurtingen、DE、150ワットcm/幅300mm)およびガリウムドーピングされた、中圧水銀放電灯(IST Metz GmbH社、Nurtingen、DE、150ワットcm/幅300mm)に晒す。ワニスの硬化およびOVD画像の転写を評価する。「速度」は、完全に硬化されたワニスを生じる、得ることができる最大の印刷速度である。
例1を繰り返すが、UVラッカーを、厚さ4μmのワイヤーランドバーコーターを用いることによって塗布するのではなく、グラビア印刷によって塗布する。前記紙基材を、グラビアシリンダーを用いて3g/m2の厚さでUVラッカーで塗布し、さらに、当該紙基材を、ニッケルシムが巻き付けられている急冷磁気シリンダー上を走行させる。UVワニスが塗布された紙基材を2個のニップローラーを備えたシムに対して押圧する。前記紙基材に同時にOVD構造をエンボス加工し、および当該構造を、紙基材を通してUV光で硬化させる。次に、前記基材を前記シリンダーおよびシムから剥離する(印刷機:Rotova印刷機(Rotocolor AG社)、最大印刷速度:110m/分、塗布されたUVワニスの厚さ:3g/m2、UV灯:GEW 200ワットの中圧水銀灯−幅300mm−二色性レフレクター−DEW ガリウムでドーピングされた、180ワットの中圧水銀灯、UV灯最大180ワット/cm)。前記ワニスの硬化および前記OVD画像の転位を評価する。「速度」は、完全に硬化されたワニスを生じる、得ることができる最大の印刷速度である。
中程度:部分的に転写されたOVD画像、不十分な輝度、制限された印刷性能。
良好:完全に転写されたOVD画像、良好な輝度、受け入れ可能な印刷性能。
秀逸:完全に転写されたOVD画像、高い輝度、優れた印刷性能。
低粘度のラッカーを吸収する傾向にある基材を、完全に加水分解された、カチオン性ポリビニルアミン分散液で予め塗布し、かつ100℃で乾燥させる。塗布された分散液は、基材表面を閉塞し、かつ当該基材の表面上での任意のラッカーの印刷を可能にする。
− DIN EN ISO 3251(2時間、120℃)に従って測定された、20〜22%の固体含量を有する、ビニルアミンおよびN−ビニルホルムアミドをベースとしたポリマーの水溶液、
− DIN 19268(希釈されていない物質で測定した)に従って測定された、pH値7.0〜9.0、
− DIN EN ISO、2555(RV(スピンドル3、20 l/分)に従って測定された、動的粘度500〜2500mPa.s。
Claims (16)
- 表面レリーフミクロ構造、殊に光学的可変画像(光学的可変デバイス)を紙基材上に形成させる方法であって、次の工程:
A)硬化性組成物(ワニス)を、前記紙基材の前面の少なくとも一部分に塗布する工程、
B)前記硬化性組成物の少なくとも一部分を、表面レリーフミクロ構造、殊に光学的可変画像の形成手段と接触させる工程、
C)前記組成物を、前記紙基材の裏側に配置されている、少なくとも1個のUV灯を用いることによって硬化させる工程、
D)任意に、透明な高屈折率材料の層および/または金属層を、前記の硬化した組成物の少なくとも一部分上に堆積させる工程を含む、前記方法において、
前記灯がUV−A領域および有利に近VIS領域で単数または複数の放出ピークを有し、および前記硬化性組成物がUV−A領域および有利にさらに近VIS領域で吸収する、少なくとも1つの光開始剤を含む、前記方法。 - 表面レリーフミクロ構造、殊に光学的可変画像(光学的可変デバイス)を紙基材上に形成させる方法であって、次の工程:
A)硬化性組成物(ワニス)を、前記紙基材の前面の少なくとも一部分に塗布する工程、ここで、前記硬化性組成物は、モノアシルホスフィンオキシド化合物およびビスアシルホスフィンオキシド化合物、α−アミノケトン型化合物またはオキシムエステル化合物およびこれらの混合物から選択されている光開始剤を含み、
B)前記硬化性組成物の少なくとも一部分を、表面レリーフミクロ構造、殊に光学的可変画像の形成手段と接触させる工程、
C)前記組成物を、前記紙基材の裏側に配置されている、少なくとも1個のUV灯を用いることによって硬化させる工程、
D)任意に、透明な高屈折率材料の層および/または金属層を、前記の硬化した組成物の少なくとも一部分上に堆積させる工程を含む、前記方法において、
前記灯がUV−A領域および有利に近VIS領域で単数または複数の放出ピークを有し、および前記硬化性組成物がUV−A領域および有利にさらに近VIS領域で吸収する、少なくとも1つの光開始剤を含む、前記方法。 - 前記灯は、ガリウムまたは鉄でドーピングされた中圧水銀灯である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記光開始剤は、モノアシルホスフィンオキシド化合物およびビスアシルホスフィンオキシド化合物、ならびにこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記硬化性組成物は、モノアシルホスフィンオキシド化合物またはビスアシルホスフィンオキシド化合物とベンゾフェノン化合物、α−ヒドロキシケトン、α−アルコキシケトン、またはα−アミノケトン型化合物との混合物を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化性組成物は、
(a)光開始剤を1.0〜20.0質量%、特に1.0〜15.0質量%、殊に3.0〜10.0質量%、
(b)樹脂を99.0〜80.0質量%、特に99.0〜85.0質量%、殊に97.0〜90.0質量%
含み、
その際に成分a)およびb)の合計は、100%となる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記表面レリーフミクロ構造形成手段は、ニッケルスリーブ、ニッケル板、エッチングされた金属ドラムまたはレーザーで描画された金属ドラム、または表面上にOVD画像を含む、不透明なシリンダーまたは金属シリンダー上に取り付けられた他の材料からなる群から選択されるシムである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記シムは、不透明なシリンダーまたは金属シリンダー上に取り付けられかつ表面上にOVD画像を含むニッケル板である、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記紙基材は、標準紙、銀行券紙、合成紙およびポリマー銀行券から選択される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記紙または板紙の前面は、硬化性組成物(ワニス)を前記紙基材の前面の少なくとも一部分に塗布する前にカチオン性ポリマーで処理されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- カチオン性ポリマーは、ポリビニルアミンである、請求項10記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法を用いて得ることができる紙製品。
- 前記紙製品は、銀行券、身分証明書、例えばパスポート、アイディカード、自動車運転免許証、包装材、例えばラベル、折畳箱、医薬品用紙袋、服飾品、ソフトウェア、化粧品、タバコまたは装飾すべき任意の他の製品、または模造もしくは偽造されやすい任意の他の製品である、請求項12記載の紙製品。
- 偽造を防止するための、請求項12記載の紙製品の使用。
- 印刷機および表面レリーフミクロ構造形成手段を有する、紙基材の前面の少なくとも一部分上が硬化性組成物(ワニス)で被覆されている紙基材上に表面レリーフミクロ構造を形成させる装置であって、当該ミクロ構造形成手段が
a)硬化性組成物中に注型すべきミクロ構造を有する、表面レリーフミクロ構造形成手段、殊にシム、および
d)塗布された紙基材が前記シムに対して押圧される際に、前記硬化性組成物を硬化させるための、前記紙基材の裏側に配置されている、UV−A領域および有利に近VIS領域に単数または複数の放出ピークを有する灯
を有する、前記装置。 - 前記シムが、ニッケルスリーブ、ニッケル板、エッチングされた金属ドラムもしくはレーザーで描画された金属ドラム、または表面上にOVD画像を含む、不透明なシリンダーもしくは金属シリンダー上に取り付けられた他の材料からなる群から選択されている、請求項15記載の装置。
