Claims (18)
- 空気および/または湿分の影響を受けやすい素子(12;13;313;314)、たとえば有機発光ダイオードまたは光電池を封入するための多層構成要素(11;111;211;311)であって、前記多層構成要素が、有機ポリマー層(1;101;201;304)および少なくとも1組のバリアスタック(2;102;202、202’;302)を含み、前記バリアスタックが、より低い結晶化度とより高い結晶化度を交互に有する少なくとも3層の連続層を含み、より高い結晶化度の層の結晶化度の、より低い結晶化度の層の結晶化度に対する比率が1.1以上である、多層構成要素。
- より高い結晶化度の層の容積結晶化度と、より低い結晶化度の層の容積結晶化度との差が10%以上である、請求項1に記載の多層構成要素。
- より高い結晶化度の層の結晶化度の、より低い結晶化度の層の結晶化度に対する比率が、1.5以上である、請求項1または2に記載の多層構成要素。
- 前記少なくとも3層の連続層が、非晶状態にあるものと、少なくとも部分的に結晶状態にあるものとが交互になっている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素。
- 前記バリアスタックのそれぞれの層が、5nm〜200nmの間、好ましくは5nm〜100nmの間の幾何学的厚みを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素。
- 前記バリアスタックのそれぞれの層が、金属、金属酸化物、金属ニトリド、または金属オキシニトリドの層である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素。
- 前記金属が、Si、Al、Sn、Zn、Zr、Ti、Hf、Bi、Ta、およびこれらの合金からなる群より選択される、請求項6に記載の多層構成要素。

- 前記ポリマー層および前記バリアスタックまたは各バリアスタックが透明である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素。
- ポリマー層から始まり、有機中間層または有機−無機ハイブリッド中間層によって分離された少なくとも2組のバリアスタックを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素。
- 前記影響を受けやすい素子の方向に向けられるよう意図された、前記ポリマー層の面(1A;201A;304A)に沿った少なくとも1組のバリアスタック、および/または、前記影響を受けやすい素子から離れる方向へ向けられるよう意図された、前記ポリマー層の面(101B;201B)に沿った少なくとも1組のバリアスタックを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素。
- 前記ポリマー層(1;101;201)が基板ポリマーである、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素。
- 前記ポリマー層(304)がポリマー積層中間層である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素。
- 空気および/または湿分の影響を受けやすい素子を含むデバイスであって、前記影響を受けやすい素子のための前面および/または背面の封入材として、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の多層構成要素を含む、デバイス。
- 前記影響を受けやすい素子が、全体としてまたは部分的に、有機発光ダイオード(12)素子、光電池(13;313)素子、エレクトロクロミック系(314)素子、電子式インキディスプレイ系素子、または無機発光系素子である、請求項14に記載のデバイス。
