Claims (5)
- 中空パイプ状のスチール素材からなる挿入部を準備する段階と、
外周面に歯形が形成される外側部を射出成形する段階と、
前記外側部の内側の中央に前記挿入部を配置し、前記挿入部と前記外側部との間を連結するように、前記挿入部と前記外側部との間の少なくとも3箇所に樹脂を射出して、ホイール状の連結部を成形する段階と、
を含むギアホイールの製造方法。 - 前記外側部を成形する段階は、
前記連結部との接触面積を増加させるように、前記外側部の内周面から円周方向に沿って複数個の突出片が形成される請求項1に記載のギアホイールの製造方法。 - 前記連結部を成形する段階は、
前記連結部の中心から同じ角度及び同じ距離で射出される請求項1に記載のギアホイールの製造方法。 - 前記挿入部は、
外周面の両端部に沿って円周方向の内側に沈降される一対の係合溝が形成され、
前記一対の係合溝を垂直方向に連結するように、前記外周面から突出し、前記垂直方向に沿って内側に弧状に沈降される複数個の係合突起が形成される請求項1に記載のギアホイールの製造方法。 - 中空パイプ状のスチール素材からなる挿入部と、
前記挿入部の外側に離隔して位置し、外周面に歯形が形成される外側部と、
前記挿入部と前記外側部との間に形成されて、前記挿入部と外側部とを結合させる連結部と、を含むギアホイールにおいて、
前記挿入部は、
外周面の両端部に沿って円周方向の内側に沈降される一対の係合溝が形成され、
前記一対の係合溝を垂直方向に連結するように、前記外周面から突出し、前記垂直方向に沿って内側に弧状に沈降される複数個の係合突起が形成されるギアホイール。
