Claims (5)
- 중공 파이프 형상의 스틸 소재로 형성되는 삽입부를 준비하는 단계;외주면에 치형이 형성되는 외측부를 사출 성형하는 단계;상기 외측부의 내측 중앙에 상기 삽입부를 배치하고 상기 삽입부와 상기 외측부 사이를 연결하도록 상기 삽입부와 상기 외측부 사이에 적어도 3지점에 수지를 사출하여 휠 형상의 연결부를 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 기어 휠의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 외측부를 성형하는 단계는,상기 연결부와의 접촉면적을 증가시키도록 상기 외측부의 내주면에서 원주방향을 따라 복수개의 돌출편이 형성되는 기어 휠의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 연결부를 성형하는 단계는,상기 연결부의 중심으로부터 동일각도 및 동일거리에서 사출되는 기어 휠의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 삽입부는,외주면의 양 단부를 따라서 원주방향 내측으로 침강되는 한 쌍의 결합홈이 형성되고,상기 한 쌍의 결합홈을 수직방향으로 연결하도록 상기 외주면으로부터 돌출되고, 상기 수직방향을 따라서 내측으로 호 형상으로 침강되는 복수개의 결합돌기가 형성되는 기어 휠의 제조방법.
- 중공 파이프 형상의 스틸 소재로 형성되는 삽입부와; 상기 삽입부의 외측에 이격되어 위치하며, 외주면에 치형이 형성되는 외측부와; 상기 삽입부와 상기 외측부 사이에 형성되어 상기 삽입부와 외측부를 결합시키는 연결부를 포함하는 기어휠에 있어서,상기 삽입부는,외주면의 양 단부를 따라서 원주방향 내측으로 침강되는 한 쌍의 결합홈이 형성되고,상기 한 쌍의 결합홈을 수직방향으로 연결하도록 상기 외주면으로부터 돌출되고, 상기 수직방향을 따라서 내측으로 호 형상으로 침강되는 복수개의 결합돌기가 형성되는 기어 휠.
