Claims (14)
- 機械ハウジング(7)に、ステータ(11)と、非駆動側で支持されるモータシャフト(4)に配置されるロータ(10)とを有する電気機械(1)、特に作業機械(2)に結合するための動力機械において、半径方向に弾性的にかつ軸方向に変位可能に前記機械ハウジング(7)内に配置される非駆動側の軸受ユニット(14)に、玉軸受装置(21、22)が設けられ、前記軸受ユニット(14)が、前記玉軸受装置(21、22)を囲むスリーブ(23)と、エラストマ要素(24)とを有し、前記スリーブ(23)が軸方向に変位させられることができるように、前記スリーブ(23)が半径方向に前記エラストマ要素(24)の上に位置することを特徴とする電気機械(1)。
- 前記エラストマ要素(24)、特にOリングが、前記スリーブ(23)の外側に又は前記軸受ユニット(14)を受容する軸受ハブ(15)に作られる環状溝(25)によって受容されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記モータシャフト(4)が、軸受のない前記駆動側の前記機械ハウジング(7)から案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記モータシャフト(4)が、前記駆動側で特に作業機械(2)に結合するための結合点(12)に案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 収縮ディスク(6)が、前記モータシャフト(4)を作業機械(2)の前記機械シャフト(5)に堅固に結合するための結合点(12)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記玉軸受装置(21、22)が、オンデュラーワッシャの形態の補償ワッシャ(26)によって互いに緊締される2つの深溝玉軸受を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記軸受ユニット(14)が、前記深溝玉軸受(21、22)の内側リング(21b、22b)の間に配置される調整ワッシャ(33)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記軸受ユニット(14)が、前記玉軸受装置(21、22)の隣接する軸受外側リング(22a)を軸方向に固定するための外側固定リング(27)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記外側固定リング(27)のワッシャ外縁(28)が、前記スリーブ(23)の内部に設けられる環状溝(29)に着座することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記軸受ユニット(14)が、前記玉軸受装置(21、22)の前記隣接する軸受内側リング(22b)を軸方向に固定するための内側固定リング(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記内側固定リング(30)のリング外縁(31)が、前記モータシャフト(4)の軸受側のシャフトシャンク(13)の円周側面に設けられる環状溝(32)に着座することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 動力機械として請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)を有し、かつ作業機械(2)、特に自己装着手段を有するポンプ、好ましくは油圧ポンプを有する駆動ユニット(3)。
- 玉軸受装置(21、22)と、前記玉軸受装置を囲むスリーブ(23)とを有し、かつ前記スリーブ(23)が半径方向に位置するエラストマ要素(24)、特にOリングを有する、電気機械(1)、特に、作業機械(2)に結合される駆動側の軸受のない電気モータの軸受ユニット(14)。
- 前記エラストマ要素(24)が環状溝(25)によって受容され、かつ前記スリーブ(23)が回転されることができないが、少なくとも僅かに軸方向に変位させられることができるように前記スリーブ(23)が軸受ハブ(15)に保持されるように、外側で、前記スリーブ(23)に又は軸受ハブ(15)に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の軸受ユニット(14)。
