为了改进混合驱动系使其保持很低的成本、改善可安装性且能够达成功能性,进一步提出,用于将转子与离合器盖抗转动地相互联接的螺纹联接包括螺钉,螺钉基本上在轴向上布置并且至少部分贯穿抗转动地固定在离合器盖上的连接件。
本发明规定,所述螺钉在轴向上穿过转子,优选是转子的金属叠片组。
所述转子和离合器盖有利地借助于该螺纹联接也轴向相互固定联接。
这种连接件例如是指金属附件,其在合适的位置被焊接到离合器盖上。通过使用这种连接件,可以实现更容易的安装。还可以实现混合驱动系的很紧凑的制造。
电机的转子例如是指由金属叠片组和至少一个永磁体组成的转动体。转子相对于电机定子可转动地安装并且与之同轴布置。
转子支座是指如下构件,其与转子分开构成、抗转动地联接至转子并且设置用于至少在径向上相对于其可转动的轴承机构来支承该转子。
有利地,电机转子被设计成所谓的内转子。即,该转子有利地在径向上布置在定子之内。
离合器是指如下接合装置,其设置用于根据需要将两个可转动安装的元件抗转动地相互联接并且根据需要也又分离所述联接。
离合器盖是指如下构件,它抗转动地联接至该离合器的两个可转动安装的元件之一,并且它基本上形成离合器的径向靠外的封闭件。
两个可转动安装的元件的抗转动联接是指这两个元件彼此同轴布置并且如此相互联接,即,它们以相同的角速度转动。
术语“抗转动地固定”例如是指呈焊接、螺纹联接、铆接形式的固定。
“在局部在径向上将转子支座布置在转子和离合器盖之间”是指,转子支座的至少一个沿轴向延伸的局部在径向上布置在所述转子与离合器盖之间。
在本发明中,轴向是指平行于电机或电机转子的转动轴线的方向。
有利地,所述转子、第一离合器和另一个离合器彼此同轴布置。
有利地,所述转子和内燃发动机曲轴也彼此同轴布置。
“两个元件同轴布置”是指这两个元件具有相同的转动轴线和/或相同的旋转对称轴线。
另一个离合器有利地是指可将转子与变速器输入轴抗转动地联接的离合器。另一个离合器例如可被设计成液力变矩器或特别有利地被设计成用于液力变矩器的变矩锁止离合器。但另一个离合器也可以被设计成湿式起动离合器。
本发明的一个有利改进方案规定,该连接件具有金属环。该金属环有利地与电机的转动轴线同轴地或者与第一离合器的转动轴线同轴地布置。有利地,该离合器盖本身可绕电机转动轴线转动地且与金属环同轴地布置。通过将连接件设计成金属环,使得可廉价制造。
有利地,该螺纹联接具有多个螺钉,它们在多个部位与多个连接件相连,或与呈金属环状的连接件相连。
有利地,该螺钉平行于转子的转动轴线布置,并且将所述转子和离合器盖相连。通过这种布置形式,混合驱动系可易于安装。
有利地,该螺钉在轴向上贯穿转子支座。为此,转子支座有利地具有如下环段,其相对于该转动轴线同轴布置,并且在径向上延伸且在轴向上具有至少一个孔。在此,该螺钉优选布置在该孔之内。
借助于该螺纹联接,所述转子、转子支座、连接件和离合器盖有利地抗转动地且优选也轴向固定地相互联接。
本发明的另一个改进方案规定,该连接件相对于另一个离合器以径向围绕且至少部分轴向重叠的方式来布置。由此可以提供结构很紧凑的混合驱动系。
另一个改进方案规定,该转子相对于第一离合器以径向围绕且至少部分轴向重叠的方式来布置,这也导致了特别紧凑的结构。
有利地,该转子相对于另一个离合器以径向围绕且至少部分轴向重叠的方式来布置,这进一步提高了紧凑性。
在从属权利要求中说明或从附图得到其它有利改进方案。
以下,结合附图来举例说明本发明。
唯一的图在此以局部示意性轴向截面图示出混合驱动系(10),其所具有的电机(12)包括转子(16)和定子(14)。
转子(16)在此借助于螺纹联接(32)联接至离合器盖(24)。有利地,转子(16)、转子(16)的尤其是未被详细示出的金属叠片组在轴向(36)上被螺纹联接(32)的螺钉(18)贯穿。
为了与螺钉(18)联接,离合器盖(24)抗转动地且轴向固定地联接至连接件(28)。
有利地,螺钉(18)还贯穿转子支座(23)。转子支座(23)在有利的实施例中在径向上相对于混合驱动系(10)的输入轴(46)来安装。在转子(16)在轴向(36)上的延伸范围内,转子支座(23)具有近似圆筒的形状。在转子的朝向连接件(28)的一侧,转子支座(23)具有如下环段(48),其相对于转子(16)的转动轴线(38)同轴布置,并且在径向(34)上延伸且在轴向上具有至少一个在图中未被详细示出的孔,在该孔之内安置该螺钉(18)。该环段(48)内的孔与连接件(28)内的另一个孔(在图中也没有附图标记)对齐。螺钉(18)也布置在另一个孔之内。
借助于螺纹联接(32),所述转子(16)、转子支座(23)、连接件(28)和离合器盖(24)抗转动地且优选也轴向固定地相互联接。
转子支座(23)抗转动地联接至第一离合器(20)的外盘架(22)。转子支座(23)尤其有利地设计成与第一离合器(20)的外盘架(22)成一体,就是说,转子支座(23)同时是外盘架(22)。第一离合器(20)可以有利地被设计成干式多盘离合器。
第一离合器(20)设置用于将内燃发动机(42)的曲轴(44)抗转动地联接至转子(16),并且根据需要也又分离所述联接。
混合驱动系(20)还包括优选设计成湿式离合器的另一个离合器(26),其具有优选被设计成盘架的输入侧,输入侧抗转动地联接至离合器盖(24)。尤其优选地,另一个离合器(26)的内盘架和离合器盖(24)抗转动地相互联接。输入侧因此优选被设计成内盘架。离合器盖(24)与转子(16)同轴安置。
在此,转子(16)被设计成内转子并且在径向上布置在定子(14)之内。
在径向上在转子(16)之内设置转子支座(23)。在径向上在转子支座(23)之内的部分设置该离合器盖(24)。
另一个离合器(26)优选被设计成变矩锁止离合器。优选地,离合器盖(24)抗转动地联接至液力变矩器(30)的泵轮(40)。
连接件(28)优选在轴向(36)上看布置在转子(16)与液力变矩器(30)之间。
第一离合器(20)优选在径向上布置在转子(16)之内并且在轴向上相对于转子(16)重叠布置。
另一个离合器(26)优选在径向上布置在转子(16)之内并且在轴向上相对于转子(16)重叠布置。
有利地,在轴向(36)上看,内燃发动机(42)、第一离合器(20)、另一个离合器(26)和液力变矩器(30)按照所述顺序接连布置。在此,第一离合器(20)和另一个离合器(26)有利地在径向(34)上看至少部分重叠布置。尤其优选地,第一离合器(20)和另一个离合器(26)基本上具有相同的外径。
液力变矩器(30)的未被详细示出的从动侧和另一个离合器(26)的也未被示出的另一个从动侧分别抗转动地联接至未被进一步示出的变速器的输入轴(50)。另一个离合器(26)的另一个从动侧在此优选被设计成外盘架。
电机(12)、离合器(20,26)和液力变矩器(30)在此被壳体(11)包围,壳体有利地与内燃发动机(42)的未被示出的曲轴箱分开地构成且与变速器的也未被示出的变速箱体分开地构成。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于机动车的混合驱动系(10),具有:
-内燃发动机(42),
-电机(12),其具有定子(14)和转子(16),
-第一离合器(20),其设置用于将内燃发动机(42)的曲轴(44)联接至该转子(16),
-另一个离合器(26),其被设计成湿式离合器且包括离合器盖(24),
其中,该第一离合器(20)的盘架(22)抗转动地联接至该电机(12)的转子(16)的转子支座(23),
其中,该转子支座(23)抗转动地联接至该转子(16)并在径向(34)上至少部分布置在该转子(16)与该离合器盖(24)之间,并且
其中,该离合器盖(24)和该转子(16)彼此同轴布置,并且该离合器盖(24)借助于螺纹联接(32)抗转动地联接至该转子(16),
其中,该螺纹联接(32)包括螺钉(18),该螺钉基本在轴向(36)上布置并且至少部分贯穿连接件(28),该连接件抗转动地固定在该离合器盖(24)上,
其特征是,该螺钉(18)在该轴向(36)上穿过该转子(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动系,其特征是,该连接件(28)具有金属环。
3.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,该螺钉(18)平行于该转子(16)的转动轴线(38)布置,并且该螺钉(18)将该转子(16)和该离合器盖(24)抗转动地相联接。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,该螺钉(18)在该轴向(36)上穿过该转子支座(23)。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,该连接件(28)相对于该另一个离合器(26)以径向围绕且至少部分轴向重叠的方式来布置。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,该转子(16)相对于该第一离合器(20)以径向围绕且至少部分轴向重叠的方式来布置。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,所述另一个离合器(26)被设计成变矩锁止离合器。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,设有液力变矩器(30),其中,该液力变矩器的泵轮(40)抗转动地联接至该离合器盖(24)。
9.根据权利要求7和8所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,该连接件(28)在轴向上看布置在该转子(16)和该液力变矩器(30)之间。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,该离合器盖(24)抗转动地联接至该另一个离合器(26)的盘架。
11.根据前述权利要求之一所述的混合驱动系(10),其特征是,该盘架(22)被设计成该第一离合器(20)的外盘架并且与该电机(12)的转子(16)的转子支座(23)成一体设计。
