如图中所示,分解器定子106包括凹口130,并且壳体104包括布置在该凹口中以用于使分解器定子相对于壳体定位的凸部132。分解器定子通过凹口中的凸部而径向和周向地定位。虽然示出了凸部和凹口,但是其他实施方式也是可能的。例如,分解器定子或壳体中的一者可以包括筒形突出部,并且分解器或壳体中的另一者可以包括用于接纳突出部的凹部或沉孔。另外,分解器组件102可以包括绕轴线126周向分布的多个凸部或突出部。
分解器组件102包括电动马达108和分解器转子136。电动马达包括固定至壳体的定子138以及能够相对于壳体和定子旋转的转子140。轴向延伸部分116径向地设置在电动马达转子的内径141内。分解器转子与分解器定子径向对准并且固定至转子从而共同旋转。换言之,分解器转子和转子一起旋转。分解器组件102还包括轴承142。转子包括转子承载件144,分解器转子固定至转子承载件,并且轴承使转子承载件相对于壳体径向地定位。分解器转子和分解器定子一起工作以通过经由电缆(未示出)将电信号传递至马达控制器来确定电动马达转子相对于电动马达定子的旋转位置。
如图中所示,分解器组件102是混合动力模块100的一部分,该混合动力模块包括具有变矩器离合器148的变矩器146。混合动力模块100还包括用于使电动马达转子与内燃发动机(ICE)的曲轴断开连接的K0离合器150。阻尼器152有助于使ICE扭转波动与混合动力模块隔离。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于电动马达的分解器组件,所述分解器组件包括:
壳体;
分解器定子,所述分解器定子用于电动马达;以及
夹紧板,所述夹紧板包括:
第一径向延伸部分,所述第一径向延伸部分固定至所述壳体;
第二径向延伸部分,所述第二径向延伸部分将所述分解器定子朝向所述壳体按压;以及
轴向延伸部分,所述轴向延伸部分轴向地布置在所述第一径向延伸部分与所述第二径向延伸部分之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分解器组件,其中,所述夹紧板弹性变形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分解器组件,还包括螺栓,所述螺栓在所述轴向延伸部分的径向外侧延伸穿过所述第一径向延伸部分中的孔口以将所述夹紧板固定至所述壳体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分解器组件,其中,所述夹紧板围绕所述分解器定子的外径形成完整的环。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分解器组件,其中,所述第一径向延伸部分是环形盘,并且所述轴向延伸部分是在所述分解器定子的外径的径向外侧从所述环形盘延伸的凸部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的分解器组件,其中,所述夹紧板包括半圆形部分,所述半圆形部分将所述轴向延伸部分的与所述第一径向延伸部分相反的远端端部连接至所述第二径向延伸部分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的分解器组件,其中,所述分解器定子包括凹口,并且所述壳体包括设置在所述凹口中以用于使所述分解器定子相对于所述壳体定位的凸部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的分解器组件,其中,所述分解器定子通过所述凹口中的所述凸部而径向和周向地定位。
9.根据权利要求1所述的分解器组件,还包括:
电动马达,所述电动马达包括固定至所述壳体的定子以及能够相对于所述壳体和所述定子旋转的转子;以及
分解器转子,所述分解器转子与所述分解器定子径向地对准并且固定至所述转子从而共同旋转。
10.根据权利要求9所述的分解器组件,还包括轴承,其中:
所述转子包括转子承载件;
所述分解器转子固定至所述转子承载件;并且
所述轴承使所述转子承载件相对于所述壳体径向定位。
