Abstract

本開示は、全般的には電気モータ用のレゾルバ、より具体的にはレゾルバ固定子クランプ板に関する。
レゾルバは、電気モータの回転位置を決定するために使用される。レゾルバ回転子は、モータ回転子と共に回転し、レゾルバ固定子は、ハウジングまたは他の非回転部品に回転自在に固定されている。
例示的な態様は、ハウジングと、電気モータ用のレゾルバ固定子と、クランプ板と、を備える、電気モータ用のレゾルバアセンブリを広範囲に含む。クランプ板は、ハウジングに固定された第1の半径方向延伸部分と、レゾルバ固定子をハウジングに向かって押圧する第2の半径方向延伸部分と、第1の半径方向延伸部分と第2の半径方向延伸部分との間に軸方向に配置された軸方向延伸部分と、を含む。例示的な実施形態では、クランプ板は弾性的に変形される。例示的な実施形態では、レゾルバアセンブリは、軸方向延伸部分の半径方向外側にある第1の半径方向延伸部分のオリフィスを通って延伸してクランプ板をハウジングに固定するボルトを含む。
例示的な実施形態では、クランプ板は、レゾルバ固定子の外径を取り囲む完全なリングを形成する。例示的な実施形態では、第1の半径方向延伸部分は、環状ディスクであり、軸方向延伸部分は、レゾルバ固定子の外径の外側で半径方向に環状ディスクから延伸するタブである。例示的な実施形態では、クランプ板は、第1の半径方向延伸部分の反対側の、軸方向延伸部分の遠位端を、第2の半径方向延伸部分に接続する半円形部分を備える。
いくつかの例示的な実施形態では、レゾルバ固定子は、ノッチを含み、ハウジングは、ハウジングに対してレゾルバ固定子を位置決めするためのノッチに配置されたタブを含む。例示的な実施形態では、レゾルバ固定子は、ノッチのタブによって半径方向および円周方向に位置決めされる。

以下の説明は、1枚の図面を参照して行われる。1枚の図面は、本開示の例示的な態様にかかるハイブリッドモジュールの上半分の断面図を示す。ハイブリッドモジュール100は、レゾルバアセンブリ102を含む。レゾルバアセンブリは、ハウジング104と、電気モータ108用のレゾルバ固定子106と、クランプ板110と、を含む。クランプ板は、ハウジングに固定された半径方向延伸部分112と、レゾルバ固定子をハウジングに向かって押圧する半径方向延伸部分114と、半径方向延伸部分112と半径方向延伸部分114との間に軸方向に配置された軸方向延伸部分116と、を含む。
図に示される例示的な実施形態では、レゾルバアセンブリは、軸方向延伸部分の半径方向外側にあるオリフィス120を通って半径方向延伸部分112において延伸し、クランプ板をハウジングに対して固定するボルト118を含む。クランプ板は、弾性変形する。換言すれば、クランプ板がハウジングに固定されると、クランプ板の一部がレゾルバ固定子によって変形されて、レゾルバ固定子を押圧する。図に示される例示的な実施形態では、クランプ板110は、半径方向延伸部分112の反対側の、半径方向延伸部分114に軸方向延伸部分の遠位端124を接続する半円形部分122を含む。半円形部分122は、ボルト118が締め付けられると偏向され、レゾルバ固定子をハウジングと半径方向延伸部分114との間に軸方向にクランプする。
クランプ板110は、レゾルバ固定子の外径を取り囲む完全なリングを形成することができ、またはクランプ板は、軸126の周りに円周方向に分布する複数のタブのうちの1つであってもよい。半径方向延伸部分112は、環状ディスクであり、軸方向延伸部分は、レゾルバ固定子の外径128の外側に半径方向に環状ディスクから延伸するタブであってもよい。
図に示すように、レゾルバ固定子106は、ノッチ130を含み、ハウジング104は、ハウジングに対してレゾルバ固定子を位置決めするためのノッチに配置されたタブ132を含む。レゾルバ固定子は、ノッチのタブによって半径方向および円周方向に位置決めされる。タブとノッチが図示されているが、他の実施形態も可能である。例えば、レゾルバ固定子またはハウジングのうちの一方は、円筒形の突起を含んでもよく、レゾルバまたはハウジングのうちの他方は、突起を受容するための窪みまたは座ぐりを含んでもよい。また、レゾルバアセンブリ102は、軸126の周りに円周方向に分散された複数のタブまたは突起を含んでもよい。
レゾルバアセンブリ102は、電気モータ108と、レゾルバ回転子136と、を含む。電気モータは、ハウジングに固定された固定子138と、ハウジングおよび固定子に対して回転可能な回転子140と、を含む。軸方向延伸部分116は、電気モータ回転子の内径141内に半径方向に配置されている。レゾルバ回転子は、レゾルバ固定子と半径方向に位置合わせされ、共回転のために回転子に固定される。言い換えれば、レゾルバ回転子と回転子とは、共に回転する。レゾルバアセンブリ102はまた、軸受142を含む。回転子は、ロータキャリア144を含み、レゾルバ回転子は、ロータキャリアに固定され、軸受は、ハウジングに対してロータキャリアを半径方向に位置決めする。レゾルバ回転子とレゾルバ固定子とは、連携して、電気ケーブル(図示せず)を介して電気信号をモータコントローラに送信することによって、電気モータ固定子に対する電気モータ回転子の回転位置を決定する。
図示されるように、レゾルバアセンブリ102は、トルクコンバータクラッチ148を含むトルクコンバータ146を含むハイブリッドモジュール100の一部である。ハイブリッドモジュール100は、また、電気モータ回転子を内燃機関(ICE)のクランクシャフトから切り離すためのK0クラッチ150を含む。ダンパ152は、ハイブリッドモジュールからICEのねじれ変動を分離するのに役立つ。

Claims (10)

  1. 電気モータ用のレゾルバアセンブリであって、
    ハウジングと、
    電気モータ用のレゾルバ固定子と、
    クランプ板であって、
    前記ハウジングに固定された第1の半径方向延伸部分と、
    前記レゾルバ固定子を前記ハウジングに向かって押圧する第2の半径方向延伸部分と、
    前記第1の半径方向延伸部分と前記第2の半径方向延伸部分との間に軸方向に配置された軸方向延伸部分と、を備えるクランプ板と、
    を備える、電気モータ用のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  2. 前記クランプ板が弾性的に変形されている、請求項1に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  3. 前記軸方向延伸部分の半径方向外側にある前記第1の半径方向延伸部分のオリフィスを通って延伸して前記クランプ板を前記ハウジングに固定するボルトを更に備える、請求項1に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  4. 前記クランプ板が、前記レゾルバ固定子の外径を取り囲む完全なリングを形成する、請求項1に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  5. 前記第1の半径方向延伸部分が、環状ディスクであり、前記軸方向延伸部分が、前記レゾルバ固定子の外径の外側で半径方向に前記環状ディスクから延伸するタブである、請求項1に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  6. 前記クランプ板が、前記第1の半径方向延伸部分の反対側の、前記軸方向延伸部分の遠位端を、前記第2の半径方向延伸部分に接続する半円形部分を備える、請求項1に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  7. 前記レゾルバ固定子が、ノッチを備え、前記ハウジングが、前記ハウジングに対して前記レゾルバ固定子を位置決めするための前記ノッチに配置されたタブを含む、請求項1に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  8. 前記レゾルバ固定子が、前記ノッチの前記タブによって半径方向および円周方向に位置決めされる、請求項7に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  9. 前記ハウジングに固定された固定子と、前記ハウジングおよび前記固定子に対して回転可能な回転子と、を備える電気モータと、
    前記レゾルバ固定子と半径方向に位置合わせされ、共回転のために前記回転子に固定されたレゾルバ回転子と、を更に備える、請求項1に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
  10. 軸受を更に備え、
    前記回転子が、ロータキャリアを備え、
    前記レゾルバ回転子が、前記ロータキャリアに固定され、
    前記軸受が、前記ハウジングに対して前記ロータキャリアを半径方向に位置決めする、請求項9に記載のレゾルバアセンブリ。
